This is the second book that I have read in order to find the answer as to whether cats Kill babies By taking away their breath By breathing in their face. This book to not have the answer either, but I learned a wonderful thing. There is no such thing as global warming Also, the ocean is not rising. Maybe it was written during a time when We lived in the dark ages and had no understanding.

A collection of urban myths, shaggy dog stories, etc. I have to confess that I've heard the majority of them before and some of them do still do the email rounds. Happily though I'm not one of those people who believes any of them!

This book couldn't make up its mind whether it wanted to debunk urban legends or tell tall tales. At the end of the book, which became a struggle to reach, I was left wondering what I had just read. Confused and uncertain would be words that I would use to describe it.
