This book was so Much better than expect and for so many reasons, here are a few.

One, I am not a fan of the whole vampire as hero genre so I was excited to see vampires as villains just like they used to be. However, no sooner had I starter reading this book about vampire hunters and I was wondering which if any side I should be rooting for? Vyne, has created an absolutely unique take on the vampire myth which had been so done to twilighted death and added so much vitality to a genre which I was certain that had run its course.

Two, the unique protagonists of the story have been lied to and fooled their entire lives (not an original concept,) but never played with better story plot twist.

Three, There are no simple Good Vs. Evil answers to be found in this world or this book, it turns out that the male lead thought so, but within a short amount of time finds out that life is not a simple as he had been lead to believe.

Four, Erotic, the combination of a Vampire and Vampire hunter is an erotic tangle that often leads to death. OK, sex does not get much edgier than that. No rope required, just the irresistible attraction Vs. your will to live and not being able to control the sexual attraction because it is well written enough to be palpable through the printer word. Hot.

I picked up this book as a quick off genre read for me, I liked the cover and had heard good things about the author's other works, I can not wait to see what happens next.

Immoral (Tales of a Vampire Hunter, Book One) by Zander Vyne is a really great take on Vampires and Vampire Hunters. Mixing the two does not end well most of the time, but what happens when they cannot help falling in love?

Oliver Ripley and Miranda Vladula both are young and out to prove to their families that they can handle their jobs. There are many secrets that intertwine them and the descriptions of the characters make them both very hot as are the sexual encounters.

The locations are wonderfully described from Chicago and Paris to the catacombs and even the BDSM sex clubs where there is plenty going on.

Fast paced with plenty of action and sexual tension along with family rivalry, I loved and even hated the characters that the author created.

I was gifted this copy for an honest review and honestly I can't wait for book 2 for the continuing story of what happens next between Oliver and Miranda. There was a sneak peek at the end of this book and I like the way it begins. 5 stars

I can't read this book. I was a couple chapters in and put the book down. I looked up the reviews and can't believe the book was rated so well. This just isn't my type of book. It's so ridiculous! The story is about vampire hunters who kill vampires by having sex with them and stealing there soul. Really?? It's just a bit to far fetched for me. I am sure if this is your thing, you will love the book.

This book is different and unique take on vampires which I really loved a lot. It's like there is a surprise for you in every page which makes you read and read till you get the answers. I am also damn eager to get some answers as Oliver and Miranda has in their mind. This book is refreshing and filled with action which will tell you its not slow boring book. You will be on edge the whole time. I am off to read the next book!!

Vampires and vampire hunters have an uneasy truce while they attempt to correct an experiment they now feel was a mistake. Oliver Ripley comes from a long line of vampire hunters, but something about him is different. So different in fact that he hasn't felt as though he were a true member of his family. What is so different about him? Why does his mother keep telling his brother to make allowances for those differences? He has all the charismatic attraction the rest of his family has to ensure his first hunt is successful.

With her ability as a mind reader, Miranda Vladula was the only witness to the death of her sister. Made a vampire by her mother at the age of twenty, Miranda is sure if she kills Oliver, her family will finally embrace her as one of them. She just has to figure out how to do the job without succumbing to his hunter's charisma.

When Oliver and Miranda meet, the attraction is as instant as it is combustible. Now that they have met, both of their lives are in danger, so Miranda takes him the only place she believes to be safe. Paris, to her father, where explanations await that will shake everything he thought he knew about himself, his parents and the world he lives in.

I truly enjoyed this story. I always enjoy coming across a book where the author has provided a twist on an old favorite. Zander Vyne has done just that. She has taken the old pairing of vampires and and those who hunt them and put her own unique twist on everything. There's something so desirable about the vampire hunter that vampires can't resist. At least there is if the hunter keeps their mind shielded so vampires don't know that hot date isn't about to be their last one.

Got a stake? Prop open a window with it. Vyne's vampires are taken down with a kiss and sex. In this first book of a new series, it's as fast paced and full of action as you could want. Someone played with nature and didn't like the results. And now that the end results have come together, everyone has them in their sights. Even better is the peek into book two at the end of this one. Well written, great characters, I'm looking forward to the next book coming out. If you like vampire stories with a twist, you'll definitely enjoy this book.

I was gifted a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I got this book from the author, free of cost, in exchange of an honest review from my side.

Firstly I would like to thank Zander Vyne, author of Immoral for giving me this opportunity of reading and reviewing this fabulous book.

Well, honestly speaking, I didn't think that this book will be such a great book with a well thought out plot and developed characters that brought life into it and most of all the unique use of the concepts of Vampires and Vampire Hunters.

Here we meet Oliver and Miranda, where Oliver belongs to a family of Vamp Hunters but Miranda belongs to a Vamp family. Both of them are trying to prove themselves and their usefulness and dedication towards their responsibility but in doing so they are not happy or content. The hollowness of their lives get filled when they meet each other and they go against all rules and against their families to be with each other.
Now their families and the others of their society are hunting them. Will they survive and succeed in staying with one another and keeping their love alive?

All these questions will be answered through out the story and you'll be left breathless and shocked at the end by the author but I wouldn't ruin that for you because I know it's a crime to give spoilers, literally! The story is fast-paced and really intriguing and the action scenes will stop your hearts for couple of times as they are really power-packed. The suspense will make you bite your nails up to their beds and the passionate romance will squeeze your heart.

The writing style is skilled and quite comfortable for the readers. It quickly forged a bond between the readers and the plot and the characters bind the readers emotionally with them taking them on an emotional journey along with them making the story more and more believable.

All in all a great read and I would definitely recommend this to ya all. Hope that you'll love it as much as I did.

Immoral by Zander Vyne is a September 2013 release a Full Sail Publication. I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

This is a novella with about 138 pages.
Oliver's family are Vampire hunters. But Oliver is different from his brother and mother. He feels he has something to prove and begins his quest to kill vampires.
But, this brings him in contact with Miranda. She is a vampire and Oliver doesn't want to kill her. Miranda also feels like an outsider in the vampire community. She and Oliver feel a connection to each other they have never felt with their own kind.
When they realize the truth about their heritage they find themselves on the run for their lives, if they don't kill each other first.

A Romeo and Juliet type story where star crossed lovers are forbidden to be together. Being in love is hard enough, but if even just a kiss could cause the death of your lover, it's especially hard. The more time they spend together the harder it gets to keeps their hands off each other, causing them to consider tempting fate. To complicate matters, they are being hunted by vampires hunters AND vampires.
Will Oliver and Miranda be able to escape their enemies? Will they be able to consummate their love for each other?
Stay tuned!

I haven't read a good Adult Urban Fantasy in awhile. This novella, the prelude to what promises to be a good series, was just what I was in the mood for.
This is a unique twist to the vampire romance novel. This is an ADULT paranormal romance, with some Erotica scenes. The focus is on the story for the most part however, and I wasn't put off by the spicy content. I foresee a great series coming up and I'm looking forward to seeing how all this plays out for Oliver and Miranda.
Overall this one is an A.

“Immoral – Tales of a Vampire Hunter #1” by Zander Vyne is a very gripping piece of erotic paranormal romance. Oliver Ripley, a vampire hunter, arrives in Chicago and checks into a motel where he plans to carry out his hunting as usual. His first victim, Cire, is a vampire he picks up on the street and after having sex with her he kills her. For him it is business almost as usual
When Oliver’s brother Jonathan arrives on the scene the author tells us more about the family history, the relationship between the brothers and Oliver’s status as ‘mutant runt’. Although he was born to be a vampire hunter he is different and the brothers have a complicated relationship.
When Oliver meets Cire’s sister Miranda they have a great mutual but naturally forbidden attraction and for obvious reasons their growing feelings for each other are in the way of the battle between their families. The lovers end up on the run from both of their clans, a journey that takes them through BDSM sex clubs and to Paris.
The chemistry between the characters is great and the author did a wonderful job at keeping as on our toes whether the hooked but fearful lovers will risk the dangers that may come from their union or not. The sex scenes are explicit but not outrageously so. The main attraction in the book for me is the suspense which runs through the romance part as well as in the paranormal section of the story. Tension and anticipation keep the interest up effortlessly. Fast paced, action packed and flowing easily the writing is of high standard and makes for compelling and entertaining reading.
This is paranormal romance writing at its best and should do well with all fans of the genre.

I would like to thank Zander Vynefor the opportunity to read and give an honest review of this book.
For a shorter book this was one action packed and fast paced book that kept me reading but also forcing me to slow down so that I could catch all that was happening within the book. Vampire and vampire hunters with a refreshing new twist. If you are a vampire hunter, how do you kill a vampire? Well you have sex with them - WHAT??? I believe I read on Amazon the perfect description of Zander Vyne by saying she is "breaking genre stereotypes." That could not have been more well said!
Oliver Ripley comes from a long line of hunters but has always felt disconnected from his family and legacy. He moves from Indiana to Chicago to prove himself and meets up with Miranda Vladula who is a vampire but seems "different" like Oliver. The pair find out that they are both the result of an experiment during a period of truce between the hunters and vampires and now they are hunted by those that created them. They don't know who to trust except each other.
I thought that this book was very well paced with interesting twists and turns along the way and can't wait for the next book in the series (however I read the excerpt for the next book and I may have started to hyperventilate).
Thanks again for this opportunity (any my apologies for taking so long to finish it).

Book received by author for a honest review

Hunters that can steal the souls of vampires, and the vampires that are mind readers. A love that is beyond forbidden between both vampires and hunters...
A young man with something to prove, sets out to do just that. When he meets, he feels her and his trueness at being a hunter is felt. Oliver wraps himself around the feeling of being part of a family of vampire hunters.
His first kill will show his brother.. his family that he is as much a vampire hunter he is. His first “kill”, is Miranda... then nothing is as it seems.

Ice never been one to love a Vampire hunter stories... this captured me because of the difference... it will take you to different cities, it will shake your thoughts up and give you a need to hold on tight as it the ride of lies and deceit have you picking sides. Wait! Is there a side??

A story of survival of breeds that are dying out? A story of gathering strength...? A mothers love or a Fathers lies? A family that we can do without? A couple that was thrown together by circumstance, but will not act as they have been dictated to. Sit back and watch how love evolves and intrigue only is guided by what lies comes forth.

So glad I gave Immoral (Tales of a Vampire Hunter) a shot! To be honest I was on vampire romance overload and didn’t think I could handle another. This story drew me in from the moment Oliver Ripley steps foot in Chicago and makes his first kill. No beheading, wooden stakes, or UV lights, but soul snatching.

Oliver Ripley doesn’t quite fit in with his family and neither does Miranda Vladula—both intent on proving themselves to their families. When they meet their fates are sealed and the plot full of twists and turns begin.

This book is full of action weaved perfectly in with awe inspiring racy sex scenes. Neither is so much that it takes away from the other. Until the end I was left trying to figure out the real story of their being as the lies unfold. Kudos to Zander Vyne for writing another series in which an avid reader can’t wait until the next book in the series is released. This author has created well-developed characters with an amazing plot and added a new twist in a genre one can consider as oversaturated.

I’ll rate this a 4 only because I’m holding out on the 5 for the next! I highly recommend this book.

Ultimately, I wasn't drawn into this story as I didn't find the characters plausible. Also, the plot reminded me strongly of events and conflicts in Twilight, in a way that made me feel like maybe I should just go (straight to the source) and read Twilight. It also smacked of Buffy and Angel. (Of course).

Vampire in love with vampire hunter was always going to be fraught, but I wasn't left feeling much for either one of them here.

I liked one aspect of the characters' lovemaking in particular. [Spoiler alert] The description went beyond the physical and emotional and an important change occurred. I enjoyed this.
[End of spoiler alert]

The standard of writing was pretty good, but I felt that there was a lack of character, story, and particularly originality. Would love to have seen more of the author in this book.

Vampires, sex, and suspense – the author has all the ingredients for a best seller (even a great cover). Can the author deliver on that tempting mix? Fear not, Immoral (Tales of a Vampire Hunter, Book One 1) by Zander Vyne is a delicious story filled with drama, twists, daring characters and a nice bit of hot sultry sex, even love. But don’t get too comfortable; the night might end in death . . . This book is a quick blast of pure entertainment, but be warned, if you’re bothered by language, serious sex scenes, mysteries or secrets, then you might want to think twice. Otherwise, bring a flashlight (you’ll be up late). Looking forward to the next book in the series – hope it’s not a long wait.

Although I love to read I've never written a review. I received this book from the author for an honest review, so here it goes....
This was one of those books that I loved and hated at the same time. Not sure what exact reason I have for the hate part just know that something was missing for me. Even with that aside there were plenty of reason to love it which has won me over and has me waiting for part 2.
This book is about Oliver a vampire hunter and Miranda a vampire. Although these two shouldn't be together there's no denying the pull they have to each other. I loved that there was a twist in the story that made it different from the typical vampire stories. Oh and the sex scenes are HOT.
All in all this book became one of those books I just couldn't put down.

This novel was fast paced and very juicy! I have always been team vampire, but with this novel, I think I'll switch to team vampire hunter in honor of Oliver. What an interesting twist with how the hunter kills them! In this book, you never knew who to trust or where they're lurking. The romance was sweet and powerful. I was instantly ready for more. I just hope that in part two, they are reunited with their loved one!

I loved this book.

It's great when books start moving from the beginning, and keep going til the end! This one delivers!
There were many twists to this book, and it branched out, but not so much that it was too much to keep up with, or didn't tie into the plot.

There's a new vampire hunter in town! He's hot!

Cannot wait for the next book!

I received this book in exchange for an honest review. (Lovers of Paranormal, LoP).

I've been wanting to read this since I read the blurb and while it was definitely entertaining, I just wish it could have been longer, so there could be a bit more character development, as well as answer some questions about certain things that happened in the book that were never addressed.

Youngest son of the Ripley vampire hunter family, Oliver has always known he was different from the rest of his family, but he never knew why. After leaving the family home in Indiana, he ends up in Chicago, where he is determined to prove that he too can be a kick-ass vampire hunter and hopefully be accepted by his family. His first night in Chicago proves to be a success, but what Oliver doesn't realize is that his first kill sets off a chain of events no one could have ever predicted.

He meets Miranda, a vampire who wants to kill the person responsible for killing a member of her vampire clan, but once the two meet, it becomes obvious that they are destined to be together, regardless of their families being sworn enemies. Once it becomes clear that each of them are far different from their families, they simultaneously begin a quest to learn not only why they're different, but now they're both on the run from Miranda's vampire family and Oliver's vampire hunter family, both of whom want to see Oliver and Miranda dead.

We eventually learn the truth behind both Oliver's and Miranda's conceptions and how that made them different, but we never learn exactly how Oliver's blood affected his older brother Jonathon. Which brings me to: Jonathon is supposed a feared vampire hunter, but his demise seemed way too easy; granted, he deserved what he got after what he almost accomplished, but I just wish that scene could have had more buildup and action to it.

This was my first time reading this author's work, but I can sure guarantee it won't be my last. I definitely recommend this book.

When I first picked up Immoral (Tales of a Vampire Hunter) I was not quite sure what to expect. Truly, I quite enjoy vampire stories, but what makes this story pleasantly exceptional are the new twists to the "usual" vampire themes. Zander Vyne creates likeable, well-developed characters that, as a reader, I feel engaged with and invested in. You really want them to win in the end, or at least to have a semblance of "happily ever after." The dialogue is realistic and the plot weaves a winding trail with plenty intrigue and action thrown in at just the right places.

Oliver Ripley, as we find out, is from a long family line of Vampire Hunters. In this series, they don't have to stake a vampire through the heart to kill them. Instead they steal the vampire's soul, usually through a kiss and sexual encounters. The vampires are mind readers, and dangerous adversaries. Miranda Vladula was the only witness when Oliver made his first vampire kill, and she decides to prove her worth and go after him herself. Once Oliver and Miranda meet face to face, however, neither can deny the instant attraction they feel, as well as the feeling that they are both somehow different from others of their kind. They are alike, if only they knew how.

The story takes the reader from the gritty streets of Chicago, to the catacombs of Paris. Oliver and Miranda will discover that they really are a whole new cross-breed of creature, and just how many people are out to see them exterminated. Their loyalty to their families and to each other is tested to its limits. You will have to read the book to find out what happens for yourself. I know you will enjoy the ride!

I got the book for free to give an honest opinion.
This is the story of Oliver, a vampire hunter feeling like a misfit in his family who'll fall in love with Miranda. She is a vampire and not fitting in her family either. They'll be like Romeo and Juliet, hunted by their families, starcrossed lovers on the run.
What did I enjoy in the book?
It's fast, about vampires and vampire hunters and the sex scenes are hot. The author already wrote erotic stories and it shows in this novel. If you like steamy and direct sex scenes, you'll get it. A good point, the sex is not the only ingredient. There is a real plot but with so many unanswered questions I had some difficulties to grasp everything. I guess much will be revealed in the second book of the serie.
Oliver's memories helped to know him better but I would have loved to learn more of Miranda's childhood too.
On the one hand the fast pace makes it interesting but on the other hand, it does not let much room to get to know the characters. I often like to delve more in the depth of the characters and learn what is motivating them , what they love, fear, hope.
This is what makes me give a 3,5 stars instead of a full 4 stars.
Notwithstanding you feel the writer knows her job and if you enjoy action books about vampires with gorgeous vampire hunters and hot sex scenes you can try it.

I received my copy via the author for an honest review.
The story is about Oliver Ripley and Miranda Vladula, both of which are vampire and/or vampire hunters. Its has the whole Romeo and Juliet feel to it. The forbidden love and darkness surrounding them to which they must fight in order to be with one another. Its tragic but more so for me it was way more erotic then I was planning for my little early morning reading, if you catch my drift. :)
It starts out meeting Oliver and you are immediately drawn into this new take and world of vampires and the hunters that I thought it was insanely brilliant. I mean come on for once the hunters are the seducers! Its amazing, for some reason the whole story I just kept thinking this is great! The rest of it was a bit of a blur yes but it had so much going on I felt maybe it needed more "fluff" to keep up with all the crazy twists and turns, but it worked for me none the less. The sex scenes were very sensual, which was nice it wasn't all wam bam thank you mam or in your face nasty graphic. The writers words flowed well and I enjoyed this story, it could've for me almost been a stand alone even though it will be a series. Not completely sure I'm sold with continuing with the series maybe once its out and/or I re-read this one I might have different thoughts towards it.

I was received Immoral:Tales of a vampire hunter by Zander Vyne, in exchange for an honest review (Lovers of Paranormal) and I wasn't disappointed at all!

Oliver Ripley is the youngest member of a well known family of vampire haunters who wants to prove himself worthy. On his first hunt he acknowledge the pawers he holds along with a strange filing that he is deferent from the other family members. He will meet a vampire named Miranda who is the sister of his first victim. Miranda wants to kill that hunter in order to settle her status in her family but eventually she is drown to him by a strange filling that he is different. This filling will bring them together, eager to discover each other in so many ways but the time is agents them. Both families have a secret they want to protect and they will do what ever it takes to keep it that way.

The story was fast paced and keeps you from the beginning and very juicy indeed! The erotica is very strong and the images descrabed were reviling. The twists made the story so mach more than just a forbidden romance full of thrill and unexpected events. All characters were well developed and well placed in the story.

I am so pleased i read this book because I love vampire stories with fresh themes and strong plot. I cannot wait to get the next book in the series!

I received this book, Immoral: Tales of a Vampire Hunter by Zander Vyne, in exchange for an honest review by the Author and the "Lovers of Paranormal" Group on Goodreads. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity!

Immoral: Tales of a Vampire Hunter is a very interesting story with a creative twist on the usual Vampire vs Vampire Hunter tale. Oliver Ripley has set out on his own to live up to his family’s reputation, starting his new life in Chicago. Miranda Vladula is as unusual in her family as Oliver is in his. When they casually meet in a BDSM club fireworks explode and the rest is a Romeo and Juliet story.

“And I am not going to do a damned thing to stop you.”

“I’m not rich. I’m filthy rich.”

It was a short book, therefore a quick read but that’s not to say it wasn’t appetizing. I felt the characters could have been stronger and their individual personalities more descriptive. I love the creativeness behind the storyline, but it was a very fast paced story that could have been slowed down. I would give it 3.5 stars, but since it doesn’t take half a start, I gave it the benefit of the doubt and rounded up to 4. I did thoroughly enjoy the book. My mind is racing with all the mysteries left behind, I can’t wait to read the second installment!

Hunter or Hunted? Or Both?

Fresh off a bus from Indiana and on his own in Chicago, Oliver Ripley is ready to move out of the shadow of his older brother Jonathan. Oliver wants to excel in the family business: slaying vampires. Different from the rest of the family due to his ability to see otherworldly pictures in mirrors, Oliver has been suffocated and protected by his family all of his life.

Miranda Vladula is the sister of Oliver’s first dance casualty in his vampire killing cotillion. After reading his thoughts, she is the predator and he is her prey.

Immoral: Tales of a Vampire Hunter, by Zander Vyne, is an excellent vampire thriller. While the relationship unfolds between Oliver and Miranda, the author also treats us to a great tour of Chicago. I enjoyed my visit to Jaded!

The book is well-written and fast paced, with good descriptions and interactions among the characters. The erotica is fresh and not the same old hump and grind ;).

I highly recommend the book.

First paragraph:
Oliver Ripley fled his youth, riding a bus. His future rushed toward him as he abandoned his past. Boredom and cautious optimism seduced him into fractured daydreams. Anything seemed possible, but what was to come shimmered just out of his imagination's reach like the heat mirages that danced on the asphalt before the Greyhound bus mowed them down.

I chose this book because it fit into a reading challenge for the month. Hell, I needed a book that started with "I", the author's last name started with "V", and the cover art was gorgeous.

Nice pick, my dear. This book hit all the right spots for me. Action, romance, vampires and vampire hunters. World travelling, danger, suspense, BDSM clubs, betrayal and soul suckers. And as a major plus, the writing is smooth and free from grammatical errors.

Yup, can I say I loved it and am looking forward to Book 2? Very recommended.

Wow..

i so love when a book starts off in a quick pace and it keeps it going through out the book.
i loves the book though sometimes i have to say i wanted to kick some characters and other times i wanted to scream.
A ew things that made hard the book for me was that there was nothing in the book that helped me picture how our characters were physically...exept from miranda's red hair...i could't "see" them in my head
and of course another thing was the abrupt end...
OH MY gosh how i hate the abrupt ends and all the questions hanging in the air!!!

Still i adored the book its something new and refreshing and with mystery and dark twists and turns and love and romance.
The action will have you holding your breath and the sex is steamy and hard.
Definetely something i would recommend to people to read.

I had the pleasure of being a beta reader for Zander Vyne’s Immoral a few months ago. Now that she has released the final version, it is clear this was a book she poured love, devotion and absolute skill into crafting.

Immoral is an absorbing tale about Oliver and Miranda, crossbreeds drawn to each other by some unnatural and undeniable force. Their feelings for each other are powerful, their love seemingly impossible. They are both trying to figure out who they are and what they can and cannot do. A mistake could cost one of them their lives.

I loved this book. We’re familiar with vampires and vampire hunters, but this is a new take on that old story and it’s a unique one. There’s a reason why this book is rushing up the Amazon lists. I enjoyed it from cover to cover and look forward to the next book in the series.

Note: I was given this book in exchange for an honest read & review.

This book is cute! I loved the love story between two unexplained, strangely connected, not sure what they really are people. I feel the story could have used a bit more explaination about the hitory of Vampire Hunters, and Clans of Vampires, but overall it was a fun read. It had a lot of action, and kept up with an action filled pace, not overly boring, but not irritating.

I recomend the book to anyone who likes a fast paced, quick read with some sex stuffed in. It had everything you need. Love, Anger, Betrayal, Trust, Trust issues, and an overbearing bitch of a mother (reminded me of my mother in law).

It was fun! I thank the author for this chance and I cannot wait to read the sequel (which comes as a large snippet after the book ends).

I received this book, Immoral: Tales of a Vampire Hunter by Zander Vyne, in exchange for an honest review by the Author and the "Lovers of Paranormal" Group on Goodreads.

Thank you for this wonderful opportunity!

Not what I expected.....BUT I was not disappointed!!!!
Immortal gave a new twist to the vampire versus vampire hunter relationship. It was a very fast paced and action packed story, a quick read! The plot was full of twist and turns. I love how Vyne twisted the way the vampire hunter kills. The characters were interesting. Didn’t it expect the exotica, but it was nicely done, very sensual. I thought a little more back ground information was needed.

Can’t wait to find out what happens next!
This was my first time reading this Vyne’s work, but I can a sure you it won't be my last. I definitely recommend this book!

This was the first book I have read of Zander Vayne and I must say I enjoyed and loved reading this book.

I love vampire romance especially the forbidden type which has all of it. Add in to that both our protagonists are both alike wherein I too fee like they belonged together despite having some minor differences.

Their loved for each other is very sweet and very erotic that they could burst into flames. Their relationship is fast paced but it feels right and they were able to connect more in the short amount of time since they have met.

I hope their story turns out to be a happy ending because I read a sneak peek of the upcoming installment and it would really sadden me if they do not get their deserved happy ending.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I found it to be fast-paced, engaging and full of action, carrying me from one cliff-hanger to the next. I found the main character, Oliver Ripley, to be someone I rooted for. The fantasy side of this vampire story is a welcome break from the usual tradition, and has potential for interesting development later in the series. I thought the ending was a satisfactory "happy for now" one, but obviously leading the way to sequels. The erotic content was interesting, far more about feeling, sensation and excitement than about mechanically describing sex. If you enjoy a slightly different take on vampires, an entertaining and pacy romp with some nice saucy bits, give this a try.
