So, I found this book really interesting. It was appropriately intellectually stimulating to read without being over my head. I actually enjoyed it (weird, I know) for the most part despite the fact that I am neither a supervisor nor a social worker (read it for research).

An excellent book by Kadushin which will provide guidelines and suggestions in supervising social workers who have various learning styles. A great tool for beginning supervisors as well as more experienced staff.
