A bit dated but worth a read. I borrowed mine from the library. I can see these items being enjoyable and/or challenging to make, but that doesn't mean I want to wear it, nor would I ever presume an article of clothing would be welcomed by anyone I know.

A short book on projects you can supposedly finish in a weekend (not sure that would work for me as I'm slow in finishing crochet projects). I did not like most of the patterns, but I did like the Classic Cable Scarf and Hat because the Cable pattern can usually only be done with knitting.

The vest on the cover of this book keep me warm several times during this long and cold winter. It's not a difficult pattern and the design is great for casual or a little dressed up. The clear instuctions and pictures help with the crocheting.

short and portable book with some good projects however they are not weekend projects for those of us that have other commitments that limit the time that can be spent in a weekend.
