They plan to treat her like a queen, but they knew they must insist on her loyalty.
Erin is told one week before her auction that she, like her friend April, will be sold to the highest bidders. She can’t believe her parents would stoop so low just for a few trillion dollars. She has no desire to marry men she’s never met, and when she realizes there are four of them? She’s more reluctant than ever!
Ella Mansfield is a thirty-something woman who lives in the South and loves to spin tales about interesting characters put into unusual situations. She resides with her husband and children and dog in real life, but in her mind? She's all over...
This was a short quick read. This is the second book in this series and I found that I didn't like this book as much as I did the first one. Erin is told one week before her auction that she, like her friend April, will be sold to the highest bidders. She can’t believe her parents would stoop so low just for a few trillion dollars. She has no desire to marry men she’s never met, and when she realizes there are four of them. Four trillionaires, Travis, Austin, Cody, and Bo decide they will form a partnership to purchase one of the few breeding females that are left. They plan to treat her like a queen. I felt that Erin was too stuck up I mean I am not sure how I would act if I was her, but she didn't ask questions and the whole morals thing with her got old. I also was a little confused in the first book April, who is Erin's friend her twins were named something else that confused me I thought she had two sets of twins. Overall this book did have some hot sex scenes and I did thing Bo was a little weird, but then again Erin was too afraid to speak up for herself. I am looking forward to reading the rest of this series.
Why did you change the babies names from Sally & Sabrina to Rebekah & Rahab? Yuck. Also from breast feeding to not? You destroyed the continuity of using the previous story by doing so... Leaves a really bad impression of the series!
This is the second book in this series. This is a copy of the first book with just minor changes. I only read it for the sex scenes and not for the exact story.
I really loved Travis, he cared a lot for Erin and showed her tender- and kindness. The other male characters were just having sex and I was not that much into them, especially not Bo. Whenever I will play or see the Mario games characters I will think of this story. My picture of Luigi is a week, lanky, weir person, so I was not that much into his role playing game.
However the story was ok. It was easy and quick to read. There where not so much to this story as there were in the first one.
Not a bad read. I was looking for something short to fill the time while I waited for the washer to finish running. I think it served it's purpose.
The way Erin spoke at times contradicted how she acted, but it didn't take away from the book too much. I liked that all four men were different and even though they all wanted her for the same reason, there was variety when they were alone. Erin is right though... Bo is an odd duck.
If you're looking for a simple short story with multiple partner sex then this should be right up your alley.
Not as well written as the 1st book. 1.5 stars. The 2 stories are connected but the Author forgot the names of the people and babies from the first book, Her husband Steve was changed to John and the infants names from Sally & Sabrina to Rebekkah & Rehab..... That one came out of left field..... I did read the reviews fror book 3 saying how great it was so I will keep on reading. The books are short quick reads.
not bad, but very disappointed at lack of continuity when April from the first book was brought in. Steve is the black man of April's husbands not John....And the daughter's names were changed too. Also Bo's obsession was ridiculous and made those scenes not worth reading.
This is a very good story with an interesting storyline. Young women of child bearing years are worth a fortune. It takes at least four trillionaires to afford one. This is a quick hot read. Enjoy I did.
Like the first book in the series, this book was just simply entertaining. I love how, in all the books, the plot is almost exactly the same but every book still has its own unique details and unique characters.
