For two years, Leon has been the undefeated alpha for an all-male werewolf pack that likes to linger in the woods on the outskirt of the city. However, with so much growing tension between the members because of powerful wolf instincts and heightened human emotions, things can get intense at times. Yet, can Leon quell their hostility and restore some order or will his controlling habits only make things worse?
**This is the first installment in the ongoing series “Wandering With Werewolves”**
Warning: This short story contains scenes of an explicit nature between multiple consenting adults. This short story is intended for an 18+ audience.
C.A. Taylor has been writing gay romance titles since 2013. Although she started her career writing mostly gay erotica short stories, she has made the move to exclusively writing longer works of gay romance. She mainly focuses on the hot and dangerous paranormal realm where sexy shifters rule supreme. Her stories revolve around dramatic tension, passionate encounters, and happy endings in a lover's embrace.
But.. there's not enough sex, not enough plot and I just didn't get the point of it at all. We start with a pack of werewolves with about 6 members. No background on how they became a pack. The conflict is how the most alpha of the group seems to be asshole material towards the others (though apparently it didn't start that way). Can't even call it an orgy because, though it's mentioned and implied that Leon has been with all, he only has rough (rough in that he's commanding) sex with 2 guys at different times.
As far as I'm concerned, following any more of this is a bust
This story felt very incomplete, almost like the first few chapters were missing and we just started the book in the middle. I could not relate to any of the characters and had no desire to anyway.
