- I had no idea what the mega sculpture project would be when Weed started it. I even thought it would lead to one of the first big failures due to the chapter title. Where the story went was fun and different from what I had hypothesized. Another reason for me to enjoy reading the series. - Upside of Weed dying at Bard Ray's hands was the fact that he lost the ancient armor and had to make a new one. Something he should have done ages ago! Hilarious interactions with the Death Knight and Vampire Lord. Hahahha~ - One of the downfalls of becoming famous as one of the best sculptors is having a dragon show up and tell you that he wants you to sculpt for him. =D - The upside of the request (demand on the thread of death) was Weed getting to know the history about the Emperor of the Sands. He was also a sculptor, but a lonely one. I wish this part of the story was told in more detail, because it was really cool. Fun instances with Weed, his friends & living sculptures. - I'm amused by how sculptor and sculptures are mixed up in the translations. I must resist going into editor mode.
Weed was approached by the black dragon Arkyong kaybern to make a sculpture to please him with agate crystals. So weed and his party had to travel to the central to king belsos dungeon to obtain the material. Belsos was also a master sculptor specializing in fire elemental sculpting. He proposed that weed and him make a sculptor together. Finally Weed continues his class quest and along with his sculpture lifeforms goes to the saileons to rescue another sculpture based race.

(Review for Volumes 21 - 30) The story now has a solid base and the main protagonist takes on lavish adventures. Interesting magic and situations drive the books but it seems the protagonist is loosing sight of his goals.
