Although I feel like this short 180 page book got dogmatic at times, it provides a good summary of what Historical Materialism is and how it’s been used through out history to effect changes throughout society. This book also gives a rundown of the USSR’s social policies and public moralities concerning religion, art, and science and how they contrast with bourgeois democratic countries social policies and public moralities on the same topics.
