High praise for Sandra Anne Taylor's brilliant book "Your Quantum Breakthrough Code". She kept writing that this technique is very simple to do, but that it really works if you keep at it. I read her book while also doing her journaling questions (to find out what I need to prioritize). Then after reading the chapters on decoding negative thinking and then coding positive thinking, I followed the illustrations and her instructions. I chose "to stay awake all day", since having problems lately. I felt tingling in my fingers and immediately felt a happy feeling. I was able to not only stay awake but had an extra little oomph of energy as well. It will take longer to work through negative thoughts from childhood, but if it works then it is well worth it! Finally, someone understands my childhood emotional abuse and how it affected my whole life. And, not only that, explained how I can correct my own self-sabotage and negative self-talk. I believe in this technique, and I will continue to use it. I am very excited to change my life for the better.
