The Mukhtaṣar al-Quduri is one of the most celebrated and influential treatises in any Muslim school of methodology and thought and is the foundation for the Ḥanafi school. It is both the first source for scholars and a manual for the general reader.
Its judgements, based on divine revelation, trace back directly through men of the highest calibre, such as al-jassas and Abu Hanifah, may Allah have mercy on them, to 'Abdullah ibn Masud (rad) and other great Companions and thence to Muhammad (saw) the Final Messenger of Allah.

متن جليل مبارك في فقه السادة الحنفية رضي الله عنهم وعنا بهم.
ولا يخلو كتاب جاء بعده في المذهب الحنفي إلا وهو مستمد منه أو متأثر به.
فهو الكتاب عندهم، والباقي موصل إليه أو شارح له، أو مختصر له، أو جامع بينه وبين غيره.
ولقد أكرمني الله عز وجل وراجعته من شرحي اللباب والجوهرة، مع سماع شرحين صوتيين كاملين عليه في مدة أربعة شهور واستغرق مني أكثر من 500 ساعة من المذاكرة، وهو مستحق لذلك وأزيد.
والحمدلله على كرمه وفضله وتوفيقه
