This book has been a great help to me for years. It gives really good information on the various seasons and how they relate to our different organs as well as what foods and herbs are helpful for problems with various organs and some amazing fasts, herbal tea combinations and other methods of detox such as internal and external baths. This is a book that you can reference for years and I highly recommend having it on your shelf if you are interested in healing and herbs.
