This book was interesting and definitely provided some interesting concepts to consider. Most of the examples are from European Countries, however, and that made figuring out how it could relate to the US a bit difficult for me. Perhaps, if I had more experience, this would not make such a difference.

This is a great book with relevance to many types of research organization.
If you are in academic libraries you probably should read this book.
I'm just in a research environment and took lots of notes!
