About the author

Lance H.K. Secretan is perhaps best known for his work in leadership theory and how to inspire teams.[1] From 1967 to 1980 Secretan was the Managing Director of Manpower Limited, based in the UK, part of the global Manpower Inc.. Between 1980 and 1985, he taught leadership at McMaster and then York University in Canada and since 1985, he has worked as an author, independent management consultant, and coach and keynote speaker.

Quite possibly the best non-fiction book that I have ever read. Most people don't view an organization as having a soul. Here we are challenged to open our eyes and minds to the idea that our place of work is probably in need of an overhaul that starts with every individual collectively. If you are into organizational theory, human resources, or just want to strengthen your work connection, this book is worth its weight in celestial gold! Find it dirt cheap (preowned) on Amazon and mark it up to make it your own.

Loved this book and his outlook. Saw him present this book. Great leader and visionary. Too bad most organizations would not follow his lead.
