It is good summary of overall good tips for HR nowadays. If you haven’t read anything about the human capital of a company or you are new to HR - this book is a good start, summarizing good practices of some successful companies who actually pay attention and care about their employees. The book didn’t offer anything much new to me but I do read a lot in this area.
The book is trying to promote/ pitch some evoloshen program from the author but is not clear at all what is this program about, how it works, etc.
