Andrew Baltzegar is an up-and-coming writer and author of mystery and general fiction. Born and raised in the Carolinas, his work often comprises a Southern perspective and setting. Andrew studied at the College of Charleston and NC State University, where he obtained is doctorate in Zoology in 2013. The novel ITAPI, a mystery/thriller unfolding in the jungles of the Amazon, is his first published work. Andrew is also the author of numerous short stories, including “A Drive Down 95" and "A Boxer's Praise.” He lives with his wife, two fur babies, and seven chickens in Raleigh, NC.
Fun read, action, adventure, travel, life all happening. Interesting characters. even though I'm am Biology knowledge deficient I was able to understand and follow!
Beautiful description of tropical rainforests, very suspenseful! Loved that I understood the science mentioned!!! That and I think the author's pretty awesome... ;)
