If you are ready to love yourself in a way you have never loved anyone before, then this book is for you. Perfectly Flawed is a raw, interactive reflective reading experience, revealing the complexity of the human spirit, in all of its glory, pain and compassion. Through creative prompts, the author gently coaxes the reader to observe their own story so they begin to see exactly why their life is what it is today.
The reader will follow the author’s own excavating journey, discovering the moments that led to her believing certain things about herself. She will take the reader through these challenges, and the subsequent process of healing and rebuilding the relationship with herself, while inviting YOU to undertake the same journey of transforming your pain to ultimate power.
This book is intended to be the first step to finding joy and humor with your flaws and in doing so finding the freedom to move in a new direction.
This is a half book/half journal. I love that Kristy shared her story of being arrested and sent to federal prison and finding herself after her release… but also invites us to journal about ourselves ❤️
A quick and inspirational read that left me hungry for more of the author’s life-story. The journaling prompts are excellent and thoughtful. I hope she publishes again soon!
