He is a former engineer and professor of business administration. Worth the read. Has me thinking of Liquidity in planned equalizing stave-off to monetary collapse of the FEDRES via corona/ covid-19 introduction? (My thoughts here) Book is from 1989. Really informative I think you’d enjoy it.
