I received this book free in a Goodreads Giveaway. This is a very good book for youth instructors and players. It has detailed descriptions of proper techniques. There is a lot of misinformation on the internet, but as a parent of 3 boys who play competitive baseball, I thought this book did a good job of accurately describing the fundamentals for those starting out.
My husband and I both read this book, and it was very informative. There are drills for every position. My husband and I both liked the fact there were also practice plans in the beginning of the book. I really liked this book and would recommend it to anyone who is wanting to teach their team some really great drills.
Also, I won this book from Librarything as an Early Reviewer giveaway.
