But when once-famous prog-rock band Cranial Bypass decide to put on a reunion gig in her small town of Rockingham West, things get unexpectedly hectic. The second in the Guitar Store mysteries is as charming, hilarious and enjoyable as the first. Again, Dana Osborne is drawn into assisting the investigation into the murder of a guitarist, Apocalypse BusLane, in Rockingham West, a small country town in Aotearoa New Zealand. Dana, with the help of her shop assistant, Brody, and her guitar shop cat, Paws McCartney, and various music acquaintances, delves into the events surrounding the murder. Engrossing and entertaining cosy mystery.
