I write romance novels, because I think we all need a bit more love in our lives.

My most recent project is a series--the Sully Point series--which consists of eleven books, the final book published in December 2016.

My hobbies include reading, crocheting, watching movies, and cooking. Sometimes the foods I like to make show up in my books. ;)

When Sam first met Anna, he wasn’t sure why he was so attracted to her. She wasn’t exotic and exciting like the women he usually went for, but something he saw in Anna’s eyes intrigued him. She “seemed like the most real person he’d ever met.” Then he found out the secret Anna was keeping, and he realized how alike they were, so he decided to trust her with his own secret.

Anna has only had one serious relationship. It’s not that she’s given up on men, but she’s been hurt before so having a man in her life isn’t a high priority for her. When Anna and Sam start a relationship, their lives changes dramatically, especially when events happen that threaten their lives.

This is a fun look at life in a small Massachusetts town, full of colorful characters living their ordinary lives. The gossip mill is working overtime trying to keep track of the exciting twist and turns Anna and Sam’s relationship takes. The characters are well developed and believable and the plot is engaging. This is a great story to read on a cold winter night!

I really enjoyed this story, the first in the Sully Point series. Nicole Smith has written a charming, insightful, and well-developed book about loving someone and learning to live with their past and present. The town of Sully Point is one of those places you wish really existed. I'd move there in a minute! The characters, Sam and Anna, are fully-realized adults with grown-up lives. I was immersed in their world, I cared about their lives and I wished the best for them together. Now I can't wait to read the next in the series!!

I absolutely loved this book. It had just the right combination of elements to it. Had action, suspense, romance, and even some humor. Characters were so very realistic and I really felt like I was getting to know these characters as I was reading. I think Nicole Smith did a fantastic job in writing this book!! I won a copy of this book in the Goodreads giveaways.

Sebenarnya bingung mau ngasih 3 atau 4 rating. Tapi akhirnya ngasih 3.5 stars. Ceritanya simple, memang sesuai untuk tema romance. Dan masalahnya pun bagus. Gak selalu cinta. Aku suka latar pekerjaan Sam dan Anna di bidang seni. Aku juga suka cara pendekatan Sam
