This short story is told from Claudia’s point of view, this story isn’t bad but, I have become quite annoyed with Claudia and Caida’s relationship so this didn’t do a lot for me.

Another short story, this time told from Claudia's POV. Their ship's forced landing for new water kegs leads to an encounter with a woman hoping to overthrow a small community and claim its hidden wealth for herself. Don't know why no one else in the preceding thousands of years hadn't figured out how to locate the buried treasure. Claudia may at last have found her purpose.

Short story from Claudia's POV, set on the back from Catekharon after Ghost in the Forge. Loved seeing Caina through someone else's eyes, and getting into her head also made me like Claudia a bit better.

Like the short story before it, this seemed disjointed because it is written from Claudia's perspective rather than third person which the rest of the books are. And how annoying is she! Constantly terrified of Caina, she may as well just be made of jelly. The story itself was OK but the narration turned me off from the start. She is perhaps my least favourite character in the whole series!

Great short story

Like all of Jonathan Moeller's Ghost series this one doesn't disappoint. It's a fantastic short story that leaves you hungry for a full length novel.
