Besides dozens of good quotes about leadership, this book advocates leadership as service to others. It also emphasizes the importance of teaching others to do what you are doing so that you leverage your own time and skills.

Painful. For a book people raved about I literally could not finish it. The dry writing style makes reading this a chore. Didn't get thru this, short as it is - I'm done.
