The information on the jacket suggests this is a mild adventure book for children.

So where did God come into it?? I dont have a problem with religious books but I thought this was an adventure story, it is, but suddenly they are going to Church Youth meetings and have 'found Jesus' as well. There is not a hint on the book cover that this is in the book.

The 'adventure' too is extremely mild.....if you were expecting another Enid Blyton....this is NOT it. I only finished the book as it is so short anyway.

Definitely didn't like this much. Have read many 2nd hand book store 'finds' over the years. Often you find a hidden gem, discover a new author, occasionally there is a bad apple you wish you hadn't eaten......
