Etienne Mouton is Alpha to the American Alligator Set. As part of the pact with the Volkshire Pack, they will be exchanging sentinels in an ongoing training program. He never expected the first guard to arrive in Betaille to be his mate or that she could get in so much trouble.
Sasha was taken in by the Volkshire Pack at the lowest point in her life. She owes them. So when they ask her to do a little spying on their new partners, she has no problem with that. She never expected to become entangled in their community or meet a gator that miraculously appears whenever she finds herself in trouble.
The agreement forged between Volkshire and Betaille will be beneficial to both parties, but to have Sasha, Etienne is willing to sever any alliance.

Claws is Kassanna's fourth book in her Pack Rulez series. Each book can be read as a standalone book but to get the most enjoyment out of the series, the novella's should be read in order.
In Claws, Sasha (panther shifter) from the Volkshire Pack is sent to Louisiana to help strengthen an alliance between packs. Etienne, an alligator shifter and pack alpha decides to claim Sasha as his mate despite her reluctance. The series is fast paced, action packed, and very enjoyable. I do love the recurring characters and the new plots introduced in each novella. Highly recommend!

Again good page turner that kept me moving on wanting to see what would happen next. Really liked Etienne in this one and wanted to see just what he was made of. The mess going on in Betaille would be good to follow along with as well as what's happening back in Volkshire.

Sasha didn’t want a mate. She had her reasons for it and she was sticking to them. Not if Etienne had any say about it tho. Etienne caught her scent and was ready to claim and tame Sasha.
Poachers are killing in mass in the Bayou. One encounter with the wrong little shifter and it’s sets off a series of events that will end with someone deep in a honey hole.
Etienne was the man in the bayou and the people of Batailie were motivated to secure their alliance and seats on the council - secrets need to stay buried.
Sasha could run but she can’t hide from Etienne and it was fun reading her try!

This is getting interesting. First, I love the change of scenery, new characters and the mix of breeds! I'm glad the 'courtship' between Sha and Etienne didn't require a lot of chasing and fighting.

Nice read, but who is proofreading???
Too many grammatical and spelling errors make this series a bit of a tenuous read. Would have rated higher if there were no errors.

I love this series. The love scenes are HOT, the couples/mates are always sweet. The bantering is hilarious; plus it makes you feel a sense of Family. Like visiting old friends. Keep'em coming Kassanna! ;-)

Loved it.
I love this series, it allows me to imagine I'm right there but the swamp enjoying some good food and conversation. This is a stand alone, but I highly recommend you read them all in order for background information.

Great story
Great story. Would have liked to see a bit more of her emotionally working out her commitment issues with her . The story was still entertaining. I guess you can't have much back story in 100 pages but the are still well rounded characters. I recommend it

Things are not so different in the Bayou. An enjoyable read but not as funny or over the top as the first three.
