This book is a fool-proof guide to baking, and should by no means be limited to readers who are moms. Though it's targeted to women with a busy lifestyle, the recipes don't come out tasting as though they're missing any TLC. Everything is explained clearly, and there are tons of prepare-ahead tips.

Everything I've made from this book has become my favorite. The best cake recipe and icing recipe I've ever used.

My family's favorite recipe of all is the Sprinkle Cookies. My niece and her friends beg me to make them when I visit (they are 18 yo teenagers) and my 8 yo niece loves them as well.
