When his marriage falls into turmoil due to lack of intimacy, Malcolm takes matters into his own hands by getting back into the dating game, but he soon discovers that his quasi-single status isn't all he'd imagined it would be and must earn his wife's forgiveness to repair their marriage.
Just bought this one today and I am going to start it tonight!
Ok, so I finished it the same day that I bought it and I have to say that it was just ok! I was actually a it let down by the book because I expected more. The book was so new until I couldn't find but one review on it. That person had given it 4 stars. I am giving it 2 stars. It was really very uneventful. The main chracter, Kareese, was so stupid until at times it was just plain hard for me to continue reading. I pushed myself to finish it and at one point it picked up some steam but then it fell right back off again!!
This book pissed me off. The main character was so, I don't know how to describe her without being harsh. She was so SLOW. I understand that she wanted her marriage to work and everything, but wow. It took her forever to actually grow. I could sympathize with her in the beginning but when the same thing continued to occur throughout the entire book, I started not to care about her and her stupid judgement. This book gets 3 stars because I just did not like the main character at all.
I have read mostly all of Miss Matthew's work and this one just didn't do it for me. I don't know if it was because kareese was so stupid and sydney was so crazy or what but it was not her best work
