Working two jobs this last summer at home, Rory is almost entirely focused on the road that will take her out of her rural community and toward a future that doesn’t involve waiting tables or tending bar at the local resort hotel. For her, life begins when she leaves.
Everything changes when she’s knocked off her bike by Noah Hyland’s fancy car. Her boss’s son has a reputation for being an arrogant womanizer, but in Noah, Rory starts to see someone trying to find his way in the world … someone like her.
It wasn’t supposed to be a complicated summer. She wasn’t supposed to fall in love.
A little over a hundred pages, this was a quick read for me. Fluffy and nothing too serious, it did not create that much impact on me but I did find it enjoyable and funny. So I'd still give this book 4 stars.
Although I really did enjoy the beginning. I thought it was funny and luring. Also, I liked Rory's character. Her personality was likeable and she did have her moments.
And come on, you can never ever not like the charming lead male. In this case, I did find Noah's personality cute. Maybe he can be cocky sometimes, but he was generally a sweet guy.
All in all, I'd say that this was an average read for me but I do like fluffy summer romances. So yeah, 4 stars :)

All To Myself is a sweet and spicy novella that tells the story of Rory and Noah. This was a quick read for me and I liked it. It's an easy read about two people and the summer they fell in love. They're both fiesty and go after what they want, quickly learning what they want is each other. I enjoyed reading about their exploits. The writing flowed seamlessly and was easy to read. I wish their story was longer than a novella, I would have liked to known more about their pasts and what drives them but overall it's a good summertime romance!
This is my first book by Annemarie and I can truly say that I enjoyed reading it. The synopsis piqued my interest so I gave it a try and she did not disappoint.
I was expecting that this book will be an easy-breezy, drama free and light story and it was… but it was also so much more. It was short but a good one. Worth reading and enjoyable til the very last chapter. The characters Annamarie created are easy to connect to and I like the fact that even though it was a short story, it didn’t feel like she fast forward it or make the end so fast. Everything fits perfectly and the whole thing was wonderful. There were a lot of steamy scenes in this book that I also enjoyed reading coz it was close to real life. The scenes Annemarie wrote, I can picture it happening in my life and someone else’s. *wink
Rory, a small town girl and spending her summer working in a resort before she leaves for college ends up meeting Noah Hyland, who also happens to be the son of the owner of the resort she’s working for. An accident turned into something more and eventually their forever. A very nice story of a summer worth experiencing, finding happiness and working to make it last. Annemarie’s debut in the NA genre is simply irresistible.
Personally, I want more but overall the story is perfect. I hope she gets to write a sequel or a novella coz I want more Rory and Noah. This book can be your go-to book after reading a drama-filled, tear-jerker story that left you crying like a baby. I recommend this book to everyone who enjoys a sweet yet sensual story of young love and making it last forever.
I loved this book, the characters were both really likable, and I couldn't put it down. I finished it in about four hours. So it's a very quick read!
Rory is an amazing girl, her only goal in life is to provide for herself. So when the one and only Noah Hyland literally crashes into her life she's left wondering what it is in life she really wants.
Of course this book ends in a HPA and I wouldn't want it any other way.
I really enjoyed this sweet and sexy summer romance set in an upscale Nova Scotia beach resort. Charming rich boy and hard working poor girl come of age and find love over the course of a summer season. New adult without the whiny self-obsessed characters so prevalent in the genre. Very readable--didn't want to put it down.
Good story. All the rising action was well timed and not forced. The climax and immediate falling was a bit forced, but quickly resolved itself and I smiled for the last 10% of the book.
Such a cute story... It was a quick read but definitely enjoyable. I loved the sex scenes too... It was not too much, just enough to relate to. Not too "porn" style.
