Melissa Gainsborough is under-employed, 21 years old, and works miserable hours at whatever charity events she can find. Exhausted from the evening's work at a fundraiser, she sneaks away and instead discovers a smaller - and thankfully deserted - bar in the basement. Meeting a tall, dark and handsome man within, an immediate spark is ignited between them! However, this man has a secret...
Chloe Cassidy is the author of the popular The Billionaire's Assistant, and The Billionaire Prince series. She currently lives alone but for her thoughts; sexy, gorgeous hunks, steamy situations, and delirious BDSM set-ups.
If you're like Chloe, and relish the abrasive feeling of rope, not to mention the sickly sweet embrace of silk, pick up a copy of her work today!
The sample for the book had me intrigued enough that I purchased the book and read it. Sadly the premise and the sample were the best things about the book. It has no character development nor any follow thru on thoughts. One pet peeve of mine is no follow thru,(For example: she ask the driver to wait for her while she ran up to the penthouse to get her stuff. Next sentence is her being told she is not allowed up in the penthouse and would she like to wait. She says yes and the next sentence is her sitting there for an hour waiting. What happen to the driver? Is he still waiting there? The ending was so unbelievable that I laughed my butt off, and not in a good way.
This book was rather naughty! Melissa meets Randy in a wine cellar when she is working for a charity fund raiser. Things get hot and heavy quickly and she has hot passionate sex on the bar with this good looking man. When they go back upstairs it is revealed that he is the Billionaire that is hosting the fund raiser. The next couple of days go by and she searches for him and when he finds her in a bar close to where he works he takes her home and has his way with her in a very 50 shades of Gray manner. This book was a quick read and ends with a HUGE cliffhanger.
This is another story told in parts. This is the first one out of a totally of four I believe.
Smoking hot chemistry between the two at the charity event, the bar and his penthouse. The ending...hmm made me want to jump straight to the next part to find out more.
I got this when it was a freebie on Amazon and just now got around to reading it. Sorry it's not going to be a in-depth review but it is what it is. A fast sexy read.
I read the complete series. I don't know what to say. quite a bit speechless. at first it was good. and then it was okay. so many familiarities with names and story. still it got pretty interested but the ending was quite wrap up for me even it was tending for a new beginning
Absolutely the most stupid book I've read in quite some time. It's choppy, doesn't flow, really has no plot and the characters aren't believable or even likable. If you want to read smut for the sake of smut, go ahead, but it's very unfulfilling smut.
this totally has an interesting plot to share. admittedly, since people are getting more liberal and sex scenes (which are very detailed) are getting common in books, the x-rated scenes are getting boring. But with Chloe's plot's twist the events are more thrilling than ever
This story had me hooked from the beginning. It was intense read! But, hated it ended with a to be continued... However, that just means I have to go read the others!
