I cannot recommend this book enough! It seriously answers every question I've had about running and nutrition, from optimizing my daily diet to support my workouts, to fueling and hydrating during runs and recovery afterwards. It's a well-written blend of science and practical examples, without so much of the fad driven "blurbs" that dominate social media and so many health/fitness magazines these days. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone interested in improving their nutrition to support their running. I have a full review here on my blog (http://wp.me/p3OQQ4-1bh). The information in this book is helpful for runners at many levels, from a true beginner to someone looking to use their nutrition to step up in the game a bit. I'd definitely recommend it and look forward Chrissy's future works!
