When I started realizing that even people that I’ve always loved, are toxic to me, I slowly and methodically, have started easing them out of my life. What else could I do when every interaction is selfish, calculated, manipulative and self serving? I read this book first in 2014 and now I’m reading it again. I’m reminding myself that I always feel good until they enter my realm and bring in toxic gossip, toxic behavior and leave me feeling anxious. I’m not going to be mean to them, but I finally love myself enough to call a halt to their bullshit.

You don’t have to tolerate manipulative disrespect and chaos!

Read this book to begin a quieter, toxic free life. Learn how to spot poison in your midst.
