By far the best book I read in business school. Ties together the concepts of platform strategy/architecture/governance, integration vs. modularity, app strategies vs. platform strategies in an accessible and pragmatic way. Great framework for looking at platforms and trying to figure out the next moves to make/expect.
Loved the blend of technical architecture and product marketing strategy. There are many forces at play to transform into a platform business and cultivate an ecosystem.
