Yale Univ., New Haven, CT. Consumer guide to understanding, treating and controlling headaches. Discusses the different types of headaches and their origins or triggers, as well as the many treatment options available. Gives detailed information about drug treatments, including side effects and 'rebound' effects. Softcover.
Informational book, though somewhat outdated (I read the fourth edition). A lot of the information is still relevant, but there has definitely been some changes in the treatment of migraine since the early 2000s. The book is a quick read and great starting place in understanding migraine and treatment. Would definitely recommend and would love to see it updated in the future.
I read the 1998 second revised edition, having 98 pages. This short volume contains a wealth of information. Though most of the information presented isn't new to me, I would highly recommend this to those seeking answers and insights.
