It's propaganda (not in a bad way) which very specifically promotes the ideology of Socialist Alternative; an Australian trotskyist revolutionary socialist group. If you are interested in revolutionary socialist politics or in the difference between this particular flavor of politics as opposed to say, more mainstream European or American democratic socialist politicians or even more authoritarian forms of revolutionary socialist ideologies, then you will probably find this an interesting read.

This book has really opened my eyes to the need for not only a revolutionary party but the need for revolution itself
