You know what it feels like to be a new student? Realistic Fiction would fit for this book because it explains a life about a teenage boy suffering from his new school. The pictures in the story made me feel like I was in the book because I could could picture what was going on with the detailed text.
Rafe Khatchadorian is the protagonist for the book. Mr.Khatchadorian is mid-size (height & weight), shaggy-black hair, pointy ears, and skinny. He is artistic, some-what quiet, daring, and caring. This book takes place in Hills Village, then in the big city, and also in Rafe's new school. One conflict for this book is character vs. society. I chose this conflict because Rafe is always challenged at school, and also because he has some "un-dealed business with some classmates" at school. Race was wanted to start school at Airbrooks Arts Community School, but his mom's workplace burned to ground. So Safe moves into the city moving in with his grandma. He attends a differentia school and has different situations.
My word word to summarize this book would be: Alive. I noticed how the author used detailed and lively pictures to have imagery through I it the whole story. I understood why Race didn't want to leave his hometown because he would miss his friends and having to fit in. I liked the way the author brought every character alive, even if the were minor. The point of view for this book is : 1st person point of view. I thought the ending of the book made me sad because this was such a good book it had to end.
Text-to-Self is one connection I thought of, while reading this story, because with all the drama that occurs at school it partially relates to me. A second connection would be: Text-to-Text, because I have read many books but only one book reminds me of the struggles of teens today trying to fit in. This book came to life with lively descriptions of places and actions. This book related to me because there is challenges and more responsibilities as you get older.
In Conclusion, if I had to rate this book 1-10, I would give it a 9. All because I love everything in here from the studying after school to sabotaging other students' art work. Interested in Suspense? Entertainment? Adventure? Betrayal? This book has what you're looking for. I would recommend this book to those who want adventure, betrayal, and something to relate to. When Rafe & Matty drop a rubber-glove water ballon on Zeke & Kenny is absolutely my favorite part of the book and most memorable, because that's where the sabotaging & lies all begin.
This is a really good series about a boy in middle school, just don’t let him be your influencer! This funny book about Rafe who gets in a lot of trouble and struggles with his grades is definitely coming together in a sweet way.

I Tyler McCoy realized that this book was awesome. This was the first middle school book I read. I really Loved this book. This is my favorite book I read I think it's my favorite book I think I want to read all the middle school get me out of here books forever. I think I should read them forever.
My review on get me out of here is that this book is incredible! it really shows what struggles Rafe is going through in middle school. My rating would absolutely be five stars. Way to go James Patterson and company! From Zoe Davis.
They should have made it longer than 19 chapters. And I gave this book the rate of a 2 is because the left off on a cliffhanger and just wanted a little more about this book!!
This book is a really interesting book. I could not put it down for a while, my parents had to make me! This book is funny and you always want to know what's next. The characters are like real life and its like a normal middle schoolers life (Trust me I know what it's like, I'm in seventh grade). I recommend this book to anyone who likes a good humorous book about real life situations. This kid is always getting in trouble but it's funny when he does. So far in this series James Patterson has done an amazing job and I think that this will be a great series of books to read.
This book deserves a five stars because character development, plot, other outside characters, it all took me outside into another universe that I could feel Rafe was feeling.
From the start to finish, I feel like it was reedeeming and realistic to what Rafe’s life was like. It was entertaining, fun, and also touched on serious topics like him not having a father, his mother struggling without a job and having to sleep on his grandmothers couch, it is the perfect book for adolescents.

Just like the first one, this book is a rollicking good read. It's light and airy and lots of fun. At times, I found myself laughing out loud. Also, my 10 year old who reads a lot, simply devours these books and then makes jokes about them to me. So, the inside joke aspect is a plus. From a literary standpoint, these titles aren't really anything other than what they purport to be. Simply good stories that are designed to make 10 year olds laugh, and they do that. I did enjoy reading about Rafe. He seems to be developing across the stories and I loved his gumption in this novel to handle a really tough situation (finding out about his father whom he has never known).
I think this story was but,it got confuzing.I'm 11 so maybe I just didn't understand it,but I thought it was for kids/and I still do...I really would read it,it kept me hooked for about an hour so consider it.I hope you get hooked in this series of books, and ill try to keep posting my review on this book series If your in an advanced reading level I would consider a higher leveled book. But until then, this is an enjoyable book.

Good book, but it seemed like it was the average teen book. It was basically about this kid named Rafe who is a typical nerd dude who draws well and gets bullied. The typical teen dork book. This is exactly like the Loser List series. Otherwise, it was cleverly written. Peeps that are 9-12 should read this. Write more, random author who's name I don't know and to lazy to look up( no offense to anyone
This was an easy, fun, quick read and I like the main character, Rafe Khatchadorian. The plot not overly original or deep but good enough. I couldn't help but think of Dork Diaries the whole time I was reading it. If I could, I'd give it 3.5 stars. I'll give it 4 because I think most kids would like it.
In this book this man just want you to know what it means to be in middle school with Billy alone with you all day like him,so let's see how it feels to be on of him in middle school with some mean teachers are around the school every day,and people are trying to look cool.:) that I know it's more now when I'm in middle school.
