Feeling down? Feeling blue? Thinking no one will ever like you? Thinking you got too many bad things happening to you? this is a self help to booster your self esteem.
The book is divided by chapter, Commandment I, Commandment II and so on. At the end of each other chapter is a list of Resolutions for you to work on.
I hope by the time you finish this one, you are feeling MUCH MUCH better!
