If you read Dynamic Laws of Prosperity, nothing is new here. Same principles but blended with biblical anecdotes.
It also takes a weird turn at the end spending an inordinate amount of time discussing sexuality. Now I'm no prude, but it just seems to come out of left field. Especially when the prior topics are how to affirm prosperity and abundance

I first began reading Dr. Catherine Ponder's books more than twenty years ago, and truly, almost thirty years ago.

Although I first discovered this book, "The Prosperity Secrets of the Ages" first, as soon as I learned it is the companion book to "The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity," I purchased it, and soon began reading it.

In the last few years, when I read or, more often than not, reread one of Dr. Ponder's books, I find that I AM learning something that was probably already there, but I could not fully appreciate at thte time.

I must also mention that, although Dr. Ponder is the director of the non-denominational Unity Church Worldwide, headquartered in Palm Desert, California, and although this book referenced the Bible on more than one occasion, in spite of being a Happily-Recovered-Catholic, I can fully appreciate the wisdom contained in any one, if not all of Dr. Ponder's works.

This book explains the Bible in an allegorical/metaphysical way, in order to show how a person can improve their thinking and actions about their life, and bring abundance and joy to life. Considering the subject matter, it's an easy read, as it alternates the allegorical sections with case studies. Highly recommended.

Catherine Ponder's books always re-align my thinking and help me to focus on the abundance that already surrounds me ... all of us. This book is the companion to The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity, which is one of my top 10 favorite books of all time, and it did not disappoint. I will read this again many times.

What is the prosperity secret of the ages? Put simply, it's tithing to the spiritual organisation that inspires you. But don't think this is another one of those books that has one big idea with fluff surrounding it to pad it out. Drawing on lessons from Genesis, Ponder uncovers the "success attitudes" that lead to increased health, wealth, and happiness.
