Realign: God-Called Leaders Connecting With Their Purpose
Realign redefines success of church leaders as the degree to which we help others
become what God wants them to be rather than by the size of the crowd. It
calls church leaders to realign with purpose, namely, equipping others for their
work of ministry. It is not about a model as much as it is about principles—principles
that are both timeless and universal. It deals with the following
• Traits of an equipping leader
• The stages of life cycle of a church
• How people change and what you can do to help them keep it
• Your expectations for followers
• How church structures enhance or inhibit growth
• How maintaining a safe place increases involvement

This is an excellent book... a must read for every minister. There has been an abundance of books written on doctrine in the Apostolic movement, but very little written on finding purpose and church structure. This book is a first in what I hope is a line of many more by him and other authors that bring Apostolic writing into other genre's beside doctrine.

An Excellent Book!
Realign is well written, concise, and very interesting. The whole premise is about the leader (and everyone is leader, even if they do not officially hold a position) using what they’ve learned to teach others so that they in turn can reach more people. First and foremost the leader must be right with God, in their public and private life, then he or she must duplicate themselves in others. I read this book as part of a Leadership Development Class taught by Rev. Johnnie Peyton for Texas Bible College and highly recommend it and the class!

Awesome leadership manual
I'll commend this book to all Christians who are desirous of hearing the hard truth and doing something about it, irrespective of their positions in the church.
Dr. Wilson offers very lucid and candid insights on some root cause of ruts in the church and believers' lack of spiritual fulfillment. He then provides some amazing panacea to help align with one's purpose.

Great book. Really brought a fuller understanding to the way I look at Eph 4 and the role of Spiritual leaders. I've started asking myself a lot of questions about how I can equip those I am leading and discipling.

Excellent book. A must read for those in the ministry. A challenge to both the pastor and the lay member. Each has their role and responsibility to make.
