It was nice to get to know Jasmine's story! She really had a ton of tough breaks. I still don't know if I like her much lol we'll see in Rap Star 3! Good job tho Chanel J. This one kept me interested from the moment I started until I finished.
This book was good from the beginning to the end!!! Jasmine went through some things in her lifetime. The things people will do to get ahead in life! It's not always good to get involved with people because they have money! I hope that it will be a part 2!! Another job well done Chanel Jones!!
All I can say is Jasmine is something else. Even after having her heart broken, being abused, and dealing with drugs she still managed to start doing the one thing her heart desired. I'm glad her dad finally saw how he had hurt her and decided to provide for her even though it took a while. Jasmine was faced with one bad situation after the other. I was impressed that she wanted to get her life together once she found out about Kira but became upset once she started back. Hopefully, she'll get it together once and for all and find someone she can actually give her heart to.
Chanel didn't live you with a shortage of action in this piece of work either. She let out some good if that's what you wanna call it and some of the ugly truth that comes along with the life of this vixen. Nicely done doll. Pick up her WERK! You won't regret it.
I choose this rating because this book really opened my eyes and showed me how a young girl can easily get taken down the wrong road, then herself around and then hit rock bottom. Great book.
Morehouse is a man college. this book was all over the place . one day dude looks 37 next time he young looking .everyone can't write out a well thought about book.
The only thing I didn't like about this book, you could've let us know what happened to her mother. How she was doing if she ever talked to her mother again. I was left unsatisfied
Damn that was hella good.Poor Jas she had a rough ass life for real.Well I glad she got it together doe.The book was a page turner beginning to end.I can't wait to read part 2
