i dont really like this book because there isnt anything fun about it. It's just about a guy named Jamie trying to be a comedian but the problem is that he is not funny at all ! He even read books or search up websites that has jokes on it. People only laughs at him because he struggles a lot.

The book "I Funny" by James Patterson is a really good book. I chose to read this book because I have read the other books in the series and I really wanted to read this book. Before I read the book, I guessed the main character was different from the other books and the guy on the cover was the main character who might be a comedian type of guy.
A third of the way through the book I disliked the fact that the story was starting to get a little repetitive. The thing that confused me was the fact of why he had such a bad home and why he couldn't sleep on the couch but in the garage. I think the characters are creative and the plot is pretty good.
At two thirds finished of the book, I liked how he was going to sneak away and attend the comedy club. The author makes you fell like he has a lot of courage going there and it gives you the felling and urge to find out how he does.
Overall, the book "I Funny" is a really good book in my opinion. The strengths of the book are the characters and the plot, even though the book was a little slow-paced. I would recommend this book to people who like stories about comedy and a comedians tale about how he survived what bad things he went through.

I think that I funny is about a boy that thinks that he is funny no matter what he looks like!

I like this book because it explains that it doesn't matter if your in a wheelchair or whatever is wrong with you it matters of how your personality is. I don't like it because it has swearing in it.

I Funny is in fact a very funny book I recommend that you read this book because once I started this book I couldn't stop. Some of the main characters in this book is Jeff, his best friend Wyatt and their other bestfriend Luci. Jeff is a comic writer and he becomes the school news paper comic writer. His bestfriend Wyatt is in a wheel chair it doesn't say in the book why he's in a wheel chair but I feel bad for him even though I know this Is a book. Luci their other bestfriend loves to go shopping she also has a crush on Jeff but Jeff doesn't know even though Jeff has a crush on her too. Luci also supports Jeff she is the one that got him into being the school newspaper comic writer.
I think that the theme of this book is to love all of your friends because you don't know how long there going to be in your life. For example one of your bestfriends might be moving to another school because his/her parents jobs are closer to that other school. Evidence that this is the theme is at the end of the book Luci has to go to California because her grandmother was sick and her mom wanted to move closer to her so that she could take care of her grandmother. At the end of the book Jeff says that friends are very important and he said to Wyatt that they at least have each other. That is why I think that you should defiantly read this book.

I hate the book it's so boring I don't see what's funny about the book.
I chose nothing for the rating cause that's how boring the book was I don't like it at all at least some better jokes then this I mean come on my baby brother who laughs at everything wouldn't even laugh at this book it was ok But I didn't laugh at anything.I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings it's not to be mean I'm sorry I just don't like the book but it's my opinion so I'm still sorry if did hurt your feelings.
