Drarry Fanfic When Healer Malfoy answers an Auror field emergency summons, being stuck experiencing Harry Potter's memories while he sleeps is not at all what he wants to be doing, but it seems that the curse that joins them is only the tip of the crime about to be unravelled. Words:30111 complete
This was interesting. Healer Draco arrives on the scene of an auror in need, to find out that it's Harry Potter. And he's been hit with the Sectumsempra curse. Draco begins the counter-curse, only to have his own wound from that curse reopen.
They're put into a sort of stasis field that sends both of their consciousnesses to basically the dream plane. On the way, they begin experiencing each others' memories. Only, we're only in Draco's head, so we only get to see Harry's memories. And they're all awful. Harry in this world is totally screwed up and has HUGE issues with sex and his sexuality. Draco has to go through all of these (one of which involves Charlie Weasley...) and becomes more and more sympathetic of Harry.
After they're released from the stasis-field-charm thing and start trying to figure out who cursed them and why the story becomes much lighter and more quickly-paced.
I was intrigued by who the bad guy was here, as its not someone I've seen used as a villain as often as he could be. But I wasn't convinced by the reasons behind his villainy.
Still an interesting fic, although not one I think I'd go back and re-read.

Some mystery, hot sex, and a bit of romance; a potent mix that will ensure good reading. The only problem is Harry's supposed trauma, as a plot, is used when needed and then discarded without resolution. It makes me wonder if I've been reading the same story from beginning to end. The attraction between Harry and Draco may seem too abrupt and fast too; but there seem to be some justifications, mentioned in passing, if I'm not wrong, so that should be okay. The narration needs some clean-up too. [3.5 stars]
