Promiscuous man this book had me at the edge of my seat because in Deception which is the first book of the series we have so much going on. We have lies, cheaters and a murder. There is so much popping off that Brooke and Dylan had one hell of a journey and in Promiscuous they will have even more of a fight that they will have to endure.
Brooke and Dylan are together but there is so much there to the two of them. Brooke has a past and Dylan has a past. Both have things they had to share with each other and when they did it just sealed the relationship and made them stronger. But now there is trouble on the Verizon and Brooke is not sure what is going on and who to trust. She knows she loves Dylan and she wants to be with Dylan but she is also no fool and she knows they are in danger and she is going to have to fight like hell to be with Dylan.
After Amber is murdered Brooke is wondering if Dylan had anything to do with it. Although it is looking like Stefan may have done it but no one is sure hence the mystery. But Brooke and Dylan have a lot to work out because Dylan has told Brooke his secret and now she could be in danger. Brooke loves Dylan but she is not sure if maybe he killed Amber to frame Stefan. I mean Stefan is a douche and he does deserve something but being framed for murder... Brooke just is not sure.

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of this book. This is book 2 in the Fixer series, as with the first, you are sucked into Brooke & Dylan's story. Their lives are perfect in every way. You are taken on another emotional roller coaster for sure, with a touch of some very steamy sex scenes, and a bit of suspense...wow! Ms. Raynes has done it again! The end of this book had me sitting on the edge of my seat with my heart hammering in my chest, I may have even gasped a few times at the intensity of the authors writing. A wonderful read and yes, it leaves with with quite the little cliffhanger. Snatch this book up when you can, you'll love it.

OMG!!! I have just recently discovered Alyson Raynes and I have fell in LOVE with the characters of The Fixer Series. Promiscuous picks up right where Deception left off. This book put me on a wild rollercoaster ride of emotions. Once I started reading it I was hooked. The story line is just so interesting and I was just pulled into the story of Dylan and Brooke.
In Promiscuous so many things happen. Brooke’s sister Stephanie is attacked, but by who? A big secret is uncovered in the beginning of the book regarding Brooke and Stephanie’s ”father.” Brooke’s ex is being investigated for murder, and Brooke and Dylan get married in Ireland. But this is only the start of that rollercoaster ride.
Dylan continues to be a Dominant Alpha male and tries to do everything in his power to keep his Princess safe. I LOVE Dylan he is my favorite kind of BBF. He is strong and tender and dominate and protective. He LOVES Brooke.
“I love you Brooke. I have since the moment I first saw you. Don’t push me away. I won’t let you.” --Dylan
And of course Brooke loves Dylan.
“I couldn’t get enough of Dylan Prescott, my lover, friend; fixer of everything.” ---- Brooke
We also get more Tristan in Promiscuous. He is super YUMMY!! He and Stephanie develop a relationship of sorts. I believe they would be perfect for each other.
Brooke has had some awful things happen to her as a child and these things come to light in Promiscuous. I mean she was really punished as a child by a monster. The things she went through. Its not really discussed if Stephanie also suffered the abuse or not. But with Dylan’s help Brooke is helped through all the things she discovers regarding her past. Dylan is her ROCK!!
Now just when you think oh they are married and will live their HEA. BAM!!! POW!!! Alyson throws a big fat monkey wrench into those plans. UGH!! After only being married one day a major twist happens again. Brooke is kidnapped but by who?
Just when you think “Oh I got it” nope you don’t. I was so wrong about it. And that CRAZY twist at the end I was like ”HOLY HELL Alyson.” This is CRAZY!!! So unexpected. I mean when you find out who is involved in Brooke’s kidnapping you’ll be scratching your head. I NEVERNEW Brooke because I am sure she will be different.
I gave Promiscuous 5 stars and can’t wait to get my hands on Redemption!!!

WTF did I just read, prepare yourselves ladies! I absolutely loved this book and once again I believe Alyson Raynes deserves a standing ovation.
Promiscuous picks up where we left off. Right away we go back to the suspense and a whole lot more mystery. If we thought there was drama in the first book, this one shows us a whole other level of mystery, drama and WTF's.
Our couple is preparing for a future together but danger still follows them. Dylan and Brooke were able to overcome their obstacles. Their secrets were revealed and it looks as if they are going to get their happy ending and then out of nowhere BAM!!!!!!! We get hit with the most unexpected twist ever (this was where all my WTF's came). Every time I thought I had it figured out my jaw dropped more and more all I could think was Fifty Shades and The Crossfire series met the Dark Duet.
The story line was so crazy and unexpected I can honestly say this book had me at the edge of my seat biting my nails and pulling my hair out. I thought book one was great but this one was even better now I am very impatiently waiting for book three in this series I can't wait to see how Dylan and Brooke once again build an even stronger relationship.

December 17, 2013I picked to read this book because i wanted a mystery and secret love romance to brighten my boring and dull life that i live. This book did me great work. I love how when i read the book it really seemed like it came to life, it was an amazing book to read.
I honestly think this book i got to read was great, the parts i did read were page-turning, every second it was like a bomb going off cause something new was happening and it was shocking.
Title of Book is Promiscuous by Alyson Raynes, this is actually the second of the the Fixer series. There is Dylan and Brooke n' their story/relationship also Stephanie, Brooke's sister, and Brooke's Mother, and Amber but she is dead. Mostly there is a very big conflict/cliffhanger Danger continues to stalk Brooke and attacks her sister, Stephanie. Dylan will do anything to keep her safe and now has extended his protection to her mother and sister after the attack. When Brooke is kidnapped, Dylan and his team will stop at nothing to return her to hearth and home.
I got to say the book isn't bad the that cliffhanger was just at the edge. I mean, I guess Alyson the author could have told us more about the story before ending the book, but she's is making a third book, i'm hoping.
This book will cause thoughtful readers to consider issues such as, reading this book and taking into detail.

I gave this book 5 stars.
This is the second book in the Fixer series and yes you need to read book one in order to read this one.
This is the continuation of Brooke and Dylan's story.
Just WOW! I was not prepared for this book at all. Just when you think that Brooke and Dylan have it all worked out and they are finally going to get their HEA more secrets come out, and the person who pays the most is Brooke.
You will not see it coming until it hits you right upside the head. And then I was like OH NO you have got to be kidding me!!!
Again loved the book, loved the twists, it kept me on the edge of my seat wanting more, so much so that I wanted to skip ahead so that I could see what was going to happen. But I was a good girl and behaved myself.
You will not be disappointed if you pick up this book and give it a try. I know I wasn't. Thanks Alyson for another great read. Tell me that book 3 is coming soon!!! Idk how long I can wait.

I thought I loved book one, but this book was even better. As soon as I started reading, I could not put it down. The love story between Dylan and Brooke evolved beautifully through the first half of the book and then, bam!!! What a twist... I did not see it coming. I'm waiting anxiously for book three to come out in early 2014. This is a great series and I highly recommend!

é o som da minha cabeça literalmente explodindo depois de ter terminado a leitra desse livro x__________________x
OMFG!!!!!! PELO AMOR, QUE QUE FOI ESSE LIVRO????? TEM COMO DAR ESTRELAS NEGATIVAS???? TEM COMO VOLTAR NO TEMPO E RECUPERAR MEU DINHEIRO E AS HORAS DA MINHA VIDA QUE EU PERDI LENDO?????
Inicilamente, eu achei que era apenas um livro meia-boca, mal escrito, mas que tinha algum valor, principalmente por causa do Dylan, mas se tornou de longe uma das piores experiências literárias da minha vida!!!!
Vou começar a detonar por etapas.
1) Brooke: essa mulher não é normal!!!! tem 34 anos mas se comporta como uma adolescente desvairada. Interesseira, doida de pedra e ainda por cima parou de tomar remédio pra engravidar por conta própria, sem falar com o futuro marido. Quotes que resumem e explicam minhas afirmações:
Ela falando com o chefe dela depois de uma semana de namoro com o filho do dono da empresa: "Did you forget that live with the owner's son? Do you think that I have no power over what happens to your position? Right! So you may want to take a different approach when you're speaking to me."
Oi? Que ano é hoje? Essa mulher é muito doida.
Ela louca porque descobriu que é fruto de inseminação artificial com sêmen do tio dela porque o pai dela era estéril (sim, isso está escrito e eternizado no livro): "I hate you all! Go to hell"
Maturidade é um conceito superestimado pela sociedade, go Brooke!!!
Ela pira direto, fica revolts, esculhamba com o pobre do Dylan e sei lá, merece um headshot!
2) Dylan: o único personagem decente do livro, embora ele ganhe a vida rearrumando cenas de crimes. Quando se trata da Brooke ele fica cego e acha tudo o que ela faz lindo demais.
3) Stefan: de namorado antigo, para namorado violento para... :O #chocada
Tive uma síncope quando li que ele e a Amber !!!!!
Pequenas explicações antes do último tópico: Eles casam, todo mundo feliz num castelo da Irlanda. Então aconteceu uma coisa surreal: a Brooke é sequestrada. Até aí tudo bem, só que ela é vendida como escrava sexual pra uma pessoa importante do governo russo!!!!!!!!!! Ela é drogada e perde a memória.
Quem ela encontra no calabouço em que ela está presa? ! Não suficiente, a criatura fala russo fluente e entende tudo o que os bad guys falam!!!!
Juro que morri um pouco depois de ler essas coisas!
E piora! Passam-se seis meses e o Dylan perseguindo o cara errado pelo desaparecimento da esposa amada, ele se junta com Stefan pra isso. WHYYYYY??? O que nos leva aos vilões.
4) Vilões: Ah, que família linda *-*
Tiros são trocados, (só não sei como, mas acredito que tenha baixado a versão samurai do MacGyver do Tristan e ele detonou geral WHAAAT).
Ingredientes do livro: Novela mexicana + alucinógenos + suspensão total de crítica e de senso do ridículo + elemento X.

I was not able to finish Promiscuous. This is the 2nd in the Fixer Series Deception being the first one. The story continues on with Dylan and Brooke after he tells her what he does for a living. He is a fixer and what that means is that he is called into a crime scene before the police are to get things situated for whoever is paying him. It is something only his body guard knows about so trusting it with Brooke is a step for him. There are still things that he keeps from Brooke that is at a need to know basis because someone has put a hit out on Brooke’s life. There are some many things that are going on in this story, some were ok and some were not ok for me. I just felt like (even from the first) that it was still rushed.
Things I did like.
Dylan-still as sexy as ever
Tristian- He is Dylan’s body guard. He is sexy as well
Brooke’s mom, I love how she is sticking up for herself now in this book and not being stepped on by Brooke’s father
Things I did not like
The story line-I just felt that it became very unbelievable. I can handle a lot of things in one story but it was rushed. There were times when what was going on didn’t fit into the plot. I just felt like some things were not needed
Editing-there was some editing issues. I get them, they are sometimes there and I can usually by-pass them but at times I didn’t know who was talking. I was guessing at some points and I think I got them right, not sure???
Brooke-she was very childish and wishy washy. I didn’t like that she would be like I love you but then come back and not be sure about their relationship but then less than 5 mins later she is saying yes to his engagement. I give credit to Dylan in this story, to take her crap was beyond me and I wouldn’t be very patient with her even though at times he couldn’t take it but loved her all the same.
A pivotal point for me was that you find out in this story that she was sexually abused by her dad, it’s a traumatic thing to go through and for me it was thrown right in. One minute she is mentioning it and then the next goes to another plot in the story. Are you kidding me? It is like she just brushes it off her shoulders. I did stop reading it so I do not know if she mentions it to Dylan about her being sexually abused. Don’t you think that before you say yes to an engagement that you tell your future husband about this?? I just became very surreal to me and yes the sex between them was very hot but it wasn’t enough for me to want to even finish it

Things I did like.

I received this book from the author for an honest review. I did give it a 4.5 but rounded up :)
WOW!! This book has a lot going on. I mean ALOT!!!! There is deception and betrayals allll through this book. I was actually really impressed with the story line because every time you THINK you got it all figured out, wham you are soooo wrong.
So this book is Brooke and Dylan in love and planning a future together. Now Brooke is still being "watched" by some bad people and Dyaln being super alpha male is doing everything he can to keep her safe. The two finally stop fighting the draw and start to just be happy with their relationship even though it does scare them both at times with their pull of the other and their constant need for the other. Brookes ex is being investigated for murder and we are watching that plot sideline to everything else that is going on....like Tristan and Stephanie *wiggles eyes* cant wait for more of their story!!! Brooke's DB dad and the bombshell that is dropped about her parentage and his treatment of her.....again that was a twist I felt was kinda discussed but them dropped and I kinda wonder if more of that will be discussed in the next book with Brooke healing from the BIG TWIST ending.....
The couple do get engaged and start to plan for their future. Do they have fights, HELLO it is Brooke and Dylan...of course they fight but making up is their favorite part!! The book is flowing pretty well and then WHAM, GUT PUNCH, OUTTA NOWHERE THE AMAZING TWIST happens!! I was like WHAT!!!! I did feel the twist was pretty amazing but i also felt it was a bit rushed. It seemed like a couple days for this twist when it was actually a few months....so I was a little sad that the epic twist was pushed through for the ending BUT i still loved it. I really had no clue what or the why or what happened....niiicely played Alyson!!!!
If you enjoyed the first part of their story then you will most defo agree that this is a great and even better addition to their story. I am so excited for book 3!! I cannot wait to see what happens after the fall out from the TWIST!!!

Promiscuous (#2 The Fixer series) by Alyson Raynes
I... WELL... I AM SPEECHLESS!!!!
Brooke & Dylan continued...
Oh My Gawd!!! This book is all over the place and so are my emotions. Holy freakin' hell, we go from happiness to kidnapping to murder to so many other things it's indescribable how this all takes place in ONE book! I just had to open up a new box of Chips Ahoy and new bottle of beer just to get through this review! Phew!!!
Ok, in the previous book, Deception, I really wasn't sure that I liked Brooke all that much and I'm still not convinced she's my favorite character, BUT I did grow to like her a little bit more in this installment! A lot more seems to be revealed about our beautiful Brooke in this tale of woe and despair! She appears to get stronger and she grows a bit of a backbone. Although she's still not my favorite character, I would lean towards defending her in a dark alley!
Now as for Dylan, well, remember I told you before that he's not all that he seems to be, well, those revelations come to light a little bit more in Promiscuous, so hold onto your hats peeps, you're in for one wild, freaky ride. He's still my fave even though I may have doubts about his abilities to keep his honey safe! I think his hearts in the right place, he just needs to pull his head out of his ass and I think he'll triumph!
As far as the rest of this fucked up crew... You'll find that people you trusted are evil and the ones you thought were evil are really not so bad. Who knew! I'm having such a hard time with this because the next installment is not out yet and I'm jonesing for MORE... I need MORE Alyson... Hurry before I have a coronary!
This one grabs you by the short and curlys right away and doesn't let you go... Evah!! It's 248 (Kindle version) pages long, the pacing is fast, the dialogue flows with expertise, and the climax is still a damn cliffhanger! All in all... I absolutely loved it!!! Can't wait to read Redemption!

I was given a copy of this book for an honest review; no compensation was received on my part for it.
As much as I loved Deception (Fixer #1) I loved this more!!! This one is totally getting a 5 star…I would have been stingy again as normal but the very end blew my freaking mind!!! I am still speechless and so help me can't even begin to wait for Redemption (Fixer #3) to be released!!!
Promiscuous picks up right where Deception left off. Brook and Dylan are still exploring the boundaries to their relationship, dealing with the intensity of their feelings for one another, and trying to solve the mystery of who is after Brook. This book answers a lot of questions about Brook's past, Dylan's past, and introduces you more intimately to many of the secondary characters.
OMG…this is so hard without giving spoilers! Ok…this book chewed me up and spit me out emotionally. I love Brooke and Dylan together…the intensity of their relationship, the obvious love and devotion…it is overwhelming at times. Then comes the incident that tests them both to the extreme. Neither will ever be completely the same…but you have to read it to understand.
Secrets are revealed and questions are answered…but there is still more. Alyson has done it again with more of Dylan's dominating alpha male hotness and Brooke's stubborn, sometimes childish behavior and perseverance in the face of adversity. The end of this book literally had me reeling and speechless at the same time. I was in complete and total shock. Seriously, my gasping out loud had the hubs worried and asking me if something was wrong, until he realized I had just finished my book (hahahaha).
Due to foul language, numerous sex scenes, and darker situations that Brooke faces in this book it is definitely for those 18+. However, if you are not bothered by any of these things and are looking for an intriguing, well-written, grab you by the balls book series to completely devour this series if for you. I will definitely be one-clicking Redemption (Fixer #3) in April!!!

Nothing could prepared me for this book... and yes this is how i gonna start this... ok this is book two and the fixer series and also continues with Brooke & Dylan story.
this book is even better than the first one and i read it in less than 4 hours because i was so thrilled that i HAVE to know what is going to happen next...
a lot of things happen in this book and we get to know more characters and also understand some events in book one (Gosh this is going to be hard to review because i don't want to do make spoilers) ok A LITTLE SPOILER HERE Brooke's sister Steph is attack and we able to see her recovery and also her relationship with Tristan, also in this book we know why Thomas(Brooke's father) is so mean with her and everything that fucking bastard did to her (i've been like crazy wondered if Steph has had suffer that abuse too)... it seems Dylan and Brooke are gonna have their happily ever after because they engaged she met Dylan's parents and then get married in Ireland(love that) everything is going so well after THAT happens...
I CRIED and was so PISSED with Alyson (in a good way because i loveeeeeee the work she did giving us a totally changed of events) Brooke was kidnapped and all we know is someone close to her and Dylan...
and just when you thing you have everything figured out there again Alyson changed everything and give us a HUGE and i have to say this a FUCKINGG HUGE twist that will left you speechless.
Again i have to say i LOVE this book it was well written, the characters were well done, i love Alyson writting style is so freacking perfect, this book is one of my 2014 fav. books and of course its a MUST read. i highly recommended it you will love Dylan as in the book one he's an Alpha male, Dominant, protective, kind and so much full of love (my new BookBoyfriend) and you will love this story as well.

5 HOLY WOW THAT DID NOT HAPPEN STARS
Seriously cannot believe this book !! Alyson Raynes shows no mercy on us poor readers in this series !!
To say I was sitting on the edge of my seat would be an understatement , I was actually pacing back and forth during chapters !!
This review will be short and sweet in order to avoid having spoilers.
Thankfully Promiscuous starts where Deception left off-
Dylan left Brooke in the middle of the night and she has no clue why-
As the story starts to unfold some of our lingering questions finally have answers , but yet you will soon find out it is never what it seems. The suspense in this book is spot on , I was so paranoid about everything I thought everyone was guilty at some point !!
The chemistry between Brooke and Dylan is still super hot and they quickly decide they was to have a happily ever after. Dylan is such a gentleman and he is so full of surprises. Despite the threat of danger they take a trip which starts out so wonderful but ends horribly. At this point I was ready to give up.
Brooke is in trouble and we are reading first hand about the craziness she is going through. Then all of a sudden you hit a chapter stating 6 months later , OMG no way. Here is where the book turns phenomenal ! We now have Dylan's POV. The truth starts to unravel and you will be floored with what you find out. I was speechless. The twists and turns will have you glued to the book.
I honestly cannot even write a detailed review , all I can do is beg you to go read this series and see for yourselves what I am trying to say !!
If you are not a fan of cliffhangers do not torture yourself reading this book !!
If you love drama and suspense please read this book !!
If you are a fan of super hot guys and sex please read this book !!
Once again I am stuck waiting for answers until I can get my hands on book 3 !! And I cannot wait !!

Brooke and Dylan are trying to get on with their lives together as a new couple as much as possible. And nothing seems to be going wrong. Their love for one another is undeniable and they are just perfect for each other. You can feel that love through the pages and can’t help but smile with them.

This is the second book and the continuing story of Dylan and Brooke. As they get to know each other better they are still having some problems. Her sister Stephanie is recovering from being badly beaten while walking the dog in the park. Tristen who is Dylan's security person is trying to follow up leads to see who did this to her. Then Brooks's family drops a bomb shell on her about her family. She finds out her cousin is her twin sister and Brooke feels more responsible for her death. She got killed a few years before in a car wreck in which Brooke was drinking and driving. Also, she finds out what some things she has always believed is a lie. Also, she continues to have problems with Dylan lying about secret night missions and then there is Misty, the old girlfriend. She keeps interrupting Dylan and Brooke at his home. You have to read this to see what all the excitement is about in this book. There are so many more things that happen along the way and I want you to read book 1 and 2 before their final story comes out in Febuary . This is such a great read and really interesting you won't be disappointed.

However dark the times are she finds light in finding she loves Dylan. After trying to deny their bond for months because she learns of his career a fixer of problems a very dangerous lifestyle they get engaged and have an amazing destination wedding
But things are never that easy!, married not even a day Brooke is drugged and kidnapped. 6 months in the sex slave trade industry she has no memory of herself or her previous life. Can Dylan find her and be her knight once more ? Will he learn who is behind this awful mess.?

As we continue on the journey of Dylan and Brooke life, there are more secrets revealed but still more untold. But they continue to go on with their lives even after they try to go slow, nothing has been slow from the beginning for them. It has been full speed ahead.
There is still a threat to Brooke’s life and tragic strikes close to Brooke. Secrets within Brooke’s family are told that leaves her stunned. Dylan and Tristan are working night and day to figure out who this person is. But have been unsuccessful in their attempts to uncover who.
Things seem to be going along too perfectly for them then out of no where the story takes a sharp turn. Completely shocked at the events that are happening. So did not see that coming. Then here comes another twist the end of the book. Wow totally did not see that coming at all.
Although I thought that parts of the book were rushed in the beginning once we got to the middle it leveled out and was very captivating. Looking forward to see if Dylan is able to help Brooke find her way back to him and herself. How will he deal with the uncovered secrets he has learned?

I've always known I'm not that good at finding out villains in mysteries, let alone romances, but Promiscuous literally knocked me off my seat. Wow, I couldn't have seen those plot twists coming even if Alyson told me about them herself. Brooke and Dylan are blissfully in love and that level of happiness usually elicits either resentment or envy, or both... but no, no such common things for our lovebirds!!! The book is pretty intense both in its narrative pace and in its dealing with a more disturbing aspect of BDSM (to me at least): Dylan is right when he says, “There are some seriously sick people in this world.” Although there are some passages in the story requiring of the reader a stronger suspension of disbelief than others, and so many mispellings that at times I had to read lines twice, Promiscuous totally hooked me up and I did enjoy it. Redemption (Fixer Series #3) will never come out soon enough!!!!!!! #Princess

Before you read Promiscuous, you MUST read Deception
Alyson Raynes Fixer series gets better with each book. Promiscuous will keep you on the edge until the very end.
Honestly, I was completely blindsided by this second book. I had no clue what to expect since I refuse to check reviews before I read an ARC.
Promiscuous is the second book in the series and continues Brooke and Dylan’s story. There are so many things happening through this book that readers will stay fully engaged, to the point they may need to do bodily harm to a few characters. I laughed, I cried and cursed Alyson throughout the entire book!
She has a way of pulling you into the story and living out what the characters are experiencing. I still think the dialogue needs a little work to make it flow better; but, it’s still a fantastic read.
If you’re a fan of Alpha-males with a dominant and protective side, you’ll love The Fixer series. Can’t wait to read the next one.

I give this a 5 out of 5 stars.
Dylan and Brooke are still trying to figure out how this relationship is going to work. There is a twist thrown into the mix though. It is when Brooke's sister Stephanie is attacked. Nobody knows why she was attack other than it was not random. So now not only does Brooke have to worry about Stefan attacking her, Dylan and his secret work life, but now also someone going after Stephanie.
When the attack happened more secrets from the past come out and Brooke is not ready to handle anymore. She is dealing with a lot. Now meeting Dylan's parents after a work situation made her rethink about returning work is something that is really pushing the limit. But when Dyaln gives her a surprise that is to end all doubts but does it really. What does Dylan find out with all the investigations and will it help or hurt Brooke?

This is the second book in The Fixer Series and you need to read book one to fully understand this book.
This is a continuation of the story we were following in book one about Dylan and Brooke. They are trying harder to get into a groove and really get to know each other. Although that brings some struggles.
This book is amazingly so much better then book one. The story is faster paced in my opinion and I felt it had a better vibe and flow all around.
While reading this book I didn't want to put it down. There were moments I had to keep reading because I wanted to know what happened.
I for one can't wait to read book three. I am loving Dylan and Brooke characters. They are wrote and played out perfectly.

Book two focuses more on the mystery side of the story of Dylan and Brooke. Her past is further explored and a lot of things that happened in book one in terms of reactions are easier to understand. The story does get darker and more suspects make an appearance as you turn the pages. Brooke and Dylan’s relationship also evolves, both exploring their feelings and their physical connection, meeting each other’s families and dealing with the sometimes muted threat.
I liked book two a lot more than the first one. More characters gain color and a voice and that brings interesting shades for the MCs. There are more secrets unveiled, more twists to keep you caught up in the story and it will flow easy and keep you turning the pages.

Brooke Is Right In The Thick Of Things But She's Still Being Left In The Dark It's A Dangerous Place And She Knows It As She Tries to Prove She Can Deal With Things To Dylan. As More And More Secrets Come To Light Though When Will She Reach Her Breaking Point?
In this One You See Brooke's Growth as She Trusts Dylan More And More and You See Her Begin To Understand The Danger she's In. There Are So Many Things Going On In This Time Around You Turn The Page And BAM Something Else Crazy Is Happening. So this second book in Alyson Raynes' Fixer series is even hotter than the first. If it weren't November in Kansas I would need some serious AC. Brooke and Dylan are that couple that you hate because they are obviously so in love with each other that you just want to punch them (unless you are part of that couple and then you should know that most of us want to punch you). Alyson Raynes has such a way with words that I really felt like I was Brooke while reading this, the happiness, the fear and all the delicious dirty details in between. If you have not read this and Fixer of Deceit yet, you should post haste.

I was given this book as an ARC and was not prepared for where this second book was going to take me!
The story of Brooke and Dylan continues in book 2. They seem to have the perfect life and everything is going as planned. I wasn't counting on the emotional roller coaster I was about to embark on. The people surrounding Dylan and Brooke are not what they seem and they seem to find this out to late. A crazy twist and their lives are changed forever.
I can't wait for book 3!

First off WHERE THE HELL CAN I FIND ME A DYLAN!! Oh wow I so did not see that coming. Way to go Alyson with the twist at the end, so did not see that coming. I can't believe after all the s*** that Brooke was already going through, she still ends up is a way worse place that she was at first. But of course Dylan, is her savoir and is there for her, and then there's Tristan wow I can't wait for his story to be told. I have to give this book 5 starts. Alyson you out did yourself and cant wait for the 3rd book. <3

the story continues of Dylan and Brooke.....and there is so much more to the story than what I am thinking. It started out as man meets woman, (who is an older woman for him), woman can't get her mind off of younger man, they get together very fast and it is a whirlwind, but there is way more to the story than these two getting together. Mystery of who is doing the things around them, murder, etc. I was not sure I was going to like the series, but found that I could not stop reading until the end.
