I am interested in Arthur Bell Nicholls, as the husband of Charlotte Bronte. I ordered this book from the UK as I could not find here. Years ago, I did not read anything good about Charlotte's husband Arthur Bell Nicholls. In Gaskell's biography of Charlotte, he does not shine through. Of late, I appreciate that ABN has been brought to life, and this book helped with that. He was a fine man, good husband to CB (albeit short time) and a fierce protector to all the Bronte legacy. If you are interested in the Brontes and especially Charlotte, then I think you would enjoy this book about the only spouse of the incredible Brontes. I was in Ireland recently and stayed at a BnB Charlotte's Way, which was Arthur's house before and after he left Haworth. Recommend!
