This is a fantastic book covering the major strategies for property investing. Margaret is a great communicator and makes a potentially daunting topic quite palatable. I will be referring back to this over the years and highly recommend it for anyone interested in property investing.

Great for beginners! There are certainly some tips in here for those more advanced although must say it could be condensed down to a smaller and more actionable book.
