Accepting His Terms

I thoroughly enjoyed this first novel by Isabella Kole. In my opinion, it provides an excellent balance of sweet and sassy with hot and sexy. The story focuses on the love between designer, Jill London and her boss/business owner. Jarrod Blaine. The relationship faces many challenges which will test the very limits of their love. The story is beautifully written and will capture the readers imagination and hold onto it throughout the story. The storyline is well developed and compelling. The characters are truly relatable and will be loved by the reader. I would have no reservations in recommending this book. It is for all these reasons that I give this book a five star rating.

This is the debut novel for Isabella Kole and all I can say is FANTASTIC!! The story revolves around a beautiful, sweet designer Jill and her handsome, sexy boss Jarrod. Their relationship begins a more of a physical relationship but develops into a true love that is tested by a tragic, heartbreaking event. Will their love be able to make it? I loved this book, the characters were well written and the story takes you on an emotional, sexy ride. If you are looking for a hot new erotic romance author, look no further. Well done Mrs. Kole, I look forward to your future books.

I liked this book; I just wasn’t able to completely fall in love with it. I think the reason I didn’t fully connect with it is that the writing feels a little choppy. I wasn’t able to sink into the narrative and get lost in their story the way I wanted to. However, I really appreciated that Jill is a strong character, and that Jarrod supported her in that strength rather than tearing her down through their discipline. The thing that impressed me the most about this story is that it shows our leading couple getting professional help to work through the mental and emotional issues that have come between them. This is such a rarity in the genre, and I celebrate it any time I encounter it.

Jill is an intelligent, beautiful designer for her boss the attractive, stern Jarrod Baine. She has wanted him for a while but knows so does every woman at her office. Jarrod is also attracted to her but doesn't act on it until the day Jill is almost assaulted. After finding out their feelings are mutual they begin an office affair with light discipline. They keep their relationship secret until Jarrod ask Jill to marry him. Their marriage is great until tragedy strikes and Jill withdraws. Can Jarrod figure out how to bring his wife back or is it doomed???
I loved this book, I felt like it was pretty close to real life. The way the characters acted and their emotions were very similar to how I would have felt. I felt like I really related to this story. I've been in a similar situation as Jill. I never blamed my husband though only myself. I felt like there was more I could have done. This book made me feel a lot of those emotions all over again, so my heart really did go out to Jill and Jarrod in this story. I'm really looking forward to reading Jan and Bryan's book. You don't really get to know them in this book so I'm excited to get to know them.

Beginning this book was somehow worrying me. I didn't know where this book would lead me. When I saw discipline, hot affair..I thought it would be a book about bsdm. not that I am into those books. but I saw that it was available and short so why not.
starting it, the female character was somehow put me offf the ground. so fuzzy. and the author made it quite well how anxious she could get. It was really well written because I could or couldn't see where the character was going into. she was so much nervous that it totally wreck her. so the title made sense. she needed it or she would be completely lost.
surprising that the man was a southern boy!
so I read and read. and the author made it realistic even with the wedding. it made sense. it wasn't a feeling of one day for him. and for her it went more than attraction he became essential to her needs.
As I read, I was waiting for the moment that all went wrong.
it wasn't only a story about handle-discipline but also of constantly learning because life changes and things happen. grieving, loving and exploration.
it was very very lovely.

This is the first book by Isabella Kole and I loved it. Jill has been having these feelings about her boss, Jarrod. Unbeknownst to her, he has been having feelings for her too. When he rescues her from an aggressive mail room clerk, they talk and find this out and agree to date. Well what follows is a very erotic and romantic story, with hot sex scenes and some spankings included. There is no other bdsm in this book, so just to let you know if that is what you are looking for. You can see by the description of the book, they get married and have a very passionate love life. When the pregnancy ends in miscarriage that is where Jill has a breakdown. You need to read the book for yourself to see how they handle this part of their life and also to read the how they come together from the beginning. A true love story where the couple works out their difficulties. I was given a copy of this book for an honest review. This was a great start to your erotic romances Isabella. I can't wait to see what comes next.

The book moved fast and quickly and so does the love.

I would recommend this book.

This was the first book I have read by this author and I really liked it. Just the right amount of sexiness. I loved the chemistry between Jarrod and Jill and the fact that they persevered even through the tough times.

Accepting His Terms by Isabella Kole is simply breathtaking. You can feel every emotion in each character. This HEA is everything you want in a sexy hot romance. Jill and Jarrod are two hot as hell characters you fall in love with. This is a definite must read.

A bit of a heart-string puller. A soft cry is very necessary as the love and emotions between Jill and Jarrod are raw and pure.

Good story
I enjoyed this read by the author. While I can tell it's a early book of the authors I enjoyed the storyline. Glad I took the time to read this is was worth my time.
