Some Christian singles are perfectly content―while others are not. Many feel like they are missing out because they’re missing marriage, Is there something wrong with me? When is it my turn? What if I never find someone? In How to be Single and Satisfied , June Hunt reveals how to be happy being single, how to uproot common causes of discontentment, and how to find joy in knowing that God is our ultimate “need-meeter” for love, significance, and security.
Whether you are single for a season or single again, discover biblical truths about how God wants to use your singleness to fulfill his purpose and plan for your life. Perfect resources for anyone who is single and Christian (including single Christian women, single moms, single Christian men, etc.)

This book was probably one of the best books I have ever read on the subject of singleness written entirely by a single person. This biblically sourced book asks questions and gives some straightforward answers to the important questions most single people consider asking. I would highly recommend this
There are probably more problems with this book than I am stating. I was cleaning and decided to pick it up. I knew there was a reason why I was disinterested and it was clear today. At least two assumptions are incorrect in this book. 1. That EVERY single is choosing singleness and/or is called. There are so many things that occur in a person’s life that assuming singleness is definitive choice for all is ridiculous. 2. That every single thinks their life is or has been or will be insignificant if they do not get married. Regardless of the reason a person is single, a life is significant because it is a life. If I could give a zero, I would.
I gave this four stars because GoodReads doesn't have 3.5 stars as a rating.
What I liked about this book: * Christ-centered teachings for singles that are relatable. * Intro by June Hunt and Page 7 is a must-read. * Defines singleness & myths in an engaging way * Includes Sacred Scripture to answer questions concerning singles * Compact sized, with excellent organization and use of design with dark sand color for emphasis * Excellent Content for Singles (For now, I will keep this book in my library to share with friends rather than donate it or sell it.)
Great book about singlehood. Brief and direct to the point. Loved that there were always references. It’s like a manual you can always go back to and re-read.
This is such a good book that draws from scripture to highlight specific benefits and blessings that come from living a life of singleness, either for a season, or for your whole life.
