What an outstanding read ! Sharp and witty dialog in a fantastic story of a dying man and a Nun who refused to allow him to die. Abe Sheridan is slowly but painfully dying. Sister Isabelle takes an interest in Abe and refuses in allowing Abe to think of not living. Abe and Isabelle go on some exciting adventures to say the least ! The ending was not expended and a nice twist. Do not miss this book ! 5 stars out of 5 ! Had a ball reading it. Very hard to put down once I started reading it ! Hopefully the author Derick Hudson will have a follow up with more adventures of Abe and Isabelle ! Read this book !!!

I thought this book was well written, in terms of drawing you in. It had fun, well rounded characters and just enough mystery to keep you wondering. The only problem would be that I spent some of the book knowing where it was going.

Abe Sheridan, aged 30, needs a bone marrow transplant, like yesterday. As an only child whose mother has died, taking her secrets to the grave. Including the name of his father, perhaps the only person who can save his life.
So begins his search for his father. Along with Sr. Isabella, a young, conflicted nun and a varied cast of characters, some of whom want him dead, because what he finds out could quite possibly bring down the entire Catholic Church.
There's torture, murder, scandal and in graphic detail all of it. So why was I laughing out loud? For that you'll have to read it yourself! And I highly recommend that you do.
Derick Hudson has invented his own genre and I for one am hooked!

This is the first Derick Hudson book I have read so didn't know what to expect. What I got was a seriously ill man, a charitable but horny nun, a religious psychopath, a rock singer and a pope with dark past on a rollercoaster ride. The plot is like an adult fairtytale and borders on ridiculous, but at the same time is impossible to put down. The story takes the reader through a wide range of emotion's from lust to sadness and is littered with witty one liners. The only reason I gave the book 4 stars is because I felt that the book wasn't long enough and the plot was a little rushed. Looking forward to more from Derick Hudson

One of,if not THE best book I've read for a long time. Full of unexpected but brilliant twists and turns. It is so good I read it in one day, I couldn't put it down.
