The eBook collection of four complete New Adult novels by New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Molly McAdams, including Taking Chances , From Ashes , Stealing Harper , Forgiving Lies , and a sneak peek from her upcoming novel, Deceiving Lies.
Molly grew up in California but now lives with her husband and daughter in the oh-so-amazing state of Texas. When she's not diving into the world of her characters, some of her hobbies include hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and long walks on the beach . . . which roughly translates to being a homebody and dishing out movie quotes with her hubby. She has a weakness for crude-humored movies and loves curling up in a fluffy blanket during a thunderstorm . . . or under one in a bathtub if there are tornados. That way she can pretend they aren't really happening.
1. This book badly needed editing; there were both grammar and continuity mistakes that should have been caught. ⚫️When Harper fainted. "Brandon caught me just before my face hit the tile." and then in the next paragraph, "Brandon came running into the kitchen with Chase and Brad." and Bree explained to him that Harper had fainted. ⚫️After Harper found out she was pregnant, she mentioned several times that she had broken up with Chase. She even told Brandon that she had already broken up with him but she didn't actually break up with Brandon until later in the chapter. ⚫️Spelling and grammar mistakes. "Less rules" instead of "fewer rules", "if he finds out your pregnant", "he attempted a smile and peaked at my cards".
2. After Trish sent Harper the pictures of her in bed with Chase and Chase saw them and thought he had cheated, I was looking forward to some major grovel from him in order to get Harper to forgive him. Instead, at the beginner of the next chapter, she's at his funeral!!! WTF??
3. Harper was pregnant and on bedrest so Brendan thought that would be a good time to take her to watch him fight in an underground fight. I guess he forgot about the time he took her to a fight and she was assaulted by a drunk who tried to force her to leave with him or the time he was hurt so badly she got hysterical. (My eyes are hurting from rolling them so hard. 🙄)
Stealing Harper: 1 star
I sometimes don't enjoy reading books from the MMC's point of view when they reveal what an a$$hole the guy actually is; this is true right from the start of this book when Chase looks forward to how much he's going to enjoy breaking Harper's heart. 🤬
This book was just "Taking Chances" told from Chase's POV. DNF
I didn't bother with the other two books. :(

Solid five stars! Loved this bundle set. Molly is an amazing author who writes stories that years at your heartstrings, give you emotional whiplash and then slowly builds you up again. Doesn't matter how many times I've read Taking Chances and Stealing Harper, my heart aches for Chance. It's my first time reading Forgiving Lies but I love it just as much as her other books. Now I cant wait to read the next installment, Deceiving Lies.
I loved these books and was emotionally connected with the characters. I was gutted and cried so hard too. Loved getting so involved. I highly recommend this book.
Wow oh Wow - I had been wanting to read these for awhile...and finally did...I really enjoyed these stories BUT MY oh MY is all I can say...it was a true emotional roller coaster and wasn't sure I would make it through BUT I did and would do it again - if I hadn't already...This is a different take about a woman that truly does LOVE 2 men...and the way Molly tells this story had me entranced and wanting to know what would happen next...Great Job Molly!!!! WARNING: There is a part that about ripped my HEART out though...just warning you now...
