It has been long time since I read a book that really could make a difference and make you feel that you can be on control of your career.

The first two chapters help you to find your “True North” career and help you to craft a solid career plan, an urgent task I have been postponing as I didn't know from where I could start, but these two chapters helped me to know where I am in my career journey and whether I am on track or not.

The rest of the book consists of achievable action-oriented tools with a lot of well employed inspiring stories and real experience incidents that everyone faces in his career, with true recommendations of the best way to approach these challenges.

It is a complete manual that starts from determining your best career and goes with from the start of the journey of writing a resume and master the interview and negotiating to the salary, passing through how could you be distinguished through your work, and ending with how to handle the stress of your day to day work.

If you are looking for a real enhancement in your career through actions that could be really done and need to witness a progress in your career, go for this book…

Ok .. I don't know how to say that ... I had a big conflicts with my current managers and issues seems that they will never sort out.. I bought this new book after one of my friends recommended it to me and I found this magnificent chapter of how to manage your Boss. They were eight simple advices that had a dramatic impact in my relationship with my manager, as finally we find a way to deal with each other.

This made me go through many other chapters like "impress others" and "learn how to motivate" that inspired me with many ways to motivate my team.

The book is really helpful and I would recommend it.

A very simple one that lead you through your career path from the first step where you choose what job you seek to the end where you manage your own business or your top management position.
Really very glad that I got this copy from the writer as I know it will help me through my own career path.
