Good (but not great) thriller from George Chesbro. A nice change from the Mongo series, but i found it a bit less rich and engaging.

"Men's fiction" has a rep for being boring and by-the-book ... but some of it is legitimately psychologically weird and unhealthy.

A nice side project for George writing as David Cross. Hard to find series but well worth it.

Enjoyed the book as I wanted to get to the ending to see if Chant was love struck or just plain hiding behind the sex. Sue
