Main character goes to a secluded house to practice his shamisen but finds himself attacked by an evil sound spirit.

What can I say about this?

Well it was free on Kindle, and art wasnt too horrible and plot sounded interesting.

but it was all so mind numbingly generic as a manga based on a rl band can be given it only is 10 pages long. There is no buildup of characters whatsoever, they just appear out of the blue while striking a pose with boxes announcing their names. They somehow defeat the spirit.

And then it ends.

It's been a while since I've read this manga, but I remember really likeing what it was. The art style is unique, the story is alright, if not odd, and it introduced me to what would become one of my favorite traditional Japanese-like music artists to this day. But, I don't think you should buy this for $2 because of the length of it. It is way too short, and I remember leaving me wanting more. To my knowledge, this is not a manga series, which is kind of disapointing and kind of a missed opportunity. I feel like the only reason why this exists is to promote Kao=s' musical work, which you should check out some of there stuff, like Ogre of the Cherry Tree. I would not reccomend buying this, unless this is part of a series that I'm not aware of, in which case go for it.

An alright book.

The story overall was a little confusing and interesting , but a little short. The art style was also cute too.
